| Abstrak | Cara menyikapi suatu penyakit saat ini sangat berubah. Masyarakat saat ini mengharapkan semua perawatan, bahkan atas kelainan yang paling berat pun, harus berhasil. Sementara itu, masyarakat saat ini juga semakin mandiri. Masalah bagi masyarakat yang tidak mengerti tentang medis adalah keluhan semacam penyakit kepala atau batuk dapat merupakan petunjuk awal adanya sakit yang serius. Sejauh mana seseorang cukup aman untuk mengatasi sendiri sebuah masalah? Kapan mereka harus melapor dokter atau meminta bantuan layanan kesehatan? Kapan mereka harus membawa si sakit ke Unit Gawat Darurat sebuah rumah sakit? Seiring berjalannya teknologi mungkin diperlukan sebuah “Sistem Pakar untuk Mendiagnosa Penyakit pada Bayi dengan Metode Forward Chaining Berbasis Website” yang dapat digunakan untuk mendiagnosa penyakit pada bayi dan bentuk penanganan yang sesuai. Perancangan sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode infrensi forward chaining yang memulai pencarian dari data menuju pada konklusi dan dibuat dengan bahasa bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai tempat penyimpanan basisdata. |

The problem for the people who do not know about medic is the kind of complaint of headache or cough can be early clues to the presence of pain. The extent to which someone is safe enough to overcome its own problems ? When they should be reported to your doctor or a health service for help? When they have to bring the patient to the Emergency Unit of a hospital ? With the passing of the technology may be required for an "Expert System to Diagnose The Disease in Infants with Forward Chaining Method-Web Based" that can be used to diagnose the disease in infantsan d shape appropriate responses. The design of the expert system uses the infrensi method of forward chaining who began a search of the data led to the conclusions drawn and created with the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database storage. |
