| Abstrak | Millenium Development Goals merupakan kesepakatan 189 Negara dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan. Salah satu Negara yang menandatangani adalah China. Dalam upayanya mencapai MDGs, China masih terhalang oleh ketimpangan antara daerah barat dan timur. Dimana daerah barat yang lebih tertinggal dibanding daerah timur merupakan wilayah yang paling banyak ditinggali Etnis Minoritas. Untuk itu, diperlukan upaya yang lebih agar MDGs China tercapai, salah satunya dengan mencapai MDGs pada Etnis Minoritas. Hal ini karena Etnis Minoritas meski populasinya hanya 8% dari seluruh penduduk China, namun tingkat kemiskinannya termasuk dalam 56% kemiskinan di China. Untuk itu China mendapat bantuan teknis bernama The China Culture and Development Partnership Framework (CDPF) untuk mencapai MDGs pada Etnis Minoritas China. Dari strategi bantuan CDPF, Etnis Minoritas, terutama yang berada di Provinsi Qinghai, Tibet, Yunnan dan Guizhou dapat mencapai MDGs poin pertama sampai lima. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | Millennium Development Goals is an agreement of 189 countries in alleviating poverty, included China. In its efforts to achieve the MDGs, China was blocked by the gap between the western and eastern regions. The Western regionn which lagged behind the eastern region is the region where Ethnic Minorities spread the most. Therefore, more efforts are required in order to achieve the MDGs China, in example is achieving MDGs of Ethnic Minorities. This is due to the fact that Ethnic Minority population although only 8% of the entire population of China, but included in 56% of China’s poverty rate. Therefore, there is technical assistance called The China Culture and Development Partnership Framework (CDPF) to achieve the MDGs on the Chinese Ethnic Minorities From the aid strategy of CDPF, Ethnic Minorities, especially those located in the province of Qinghai, Tibet, Yunnan and Guizhou can achieve the first points to five point of MDGs. |
