Judul ArtikelTHE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND STRESS: PERCEIVED SUPERVISOR SUPPORT AS MODERATING VARIABLE (STUDY ON PT. TELKOM INDONESIA, PURWOKERTO)
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Kecerdasan Emosional dan Stres: Dukungan Dari Atasan sebagai Variabel Moderating. . Lima dimensi variabel kecerdasan emosional seperti kesadaran diri, manajemen emosi, motivasi diri, empati, dan manajemen hubungan juga telah diperiksa dalam studi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Telkom Indonesia-Purwokerto. Sementara sampel ditentukan dengan metode simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan 76 responden sebagai sampel dan mendistribusikannya secara acak kepada karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi dan analisis regresi dimoderasi. Kecerdasan emosional berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap stres. Kesadaran diri, manajemen emosi, empati dan manajemen hubungan memiliki hubungan negatif dan signifikan terhadap stres karyawan. Kemudian dukungan atasan memperkuat hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan stres.
Abstrak (Inggris)The research aims to investigate the influence between Emotional Intelligence and Stress: Perceived Supervisor Supports as Moderating Variable. . Five dimension of emotional intelligence variable such as self-awareness, emotional management, self-motivation, emphaty, and relationship management also have been examined within study. This research was conducted at PT. Telkom Indonesia-Purwokerto. While sample was determined by simple random sampling method. This research used 76 respondents as the sample and distribute it randomly to employees. Analytical methods used were regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded emotional intelligence has a negative and significant influence on stress. Self-awareness, emotional management, emphaty and relationship management have a negative and significant relationship on employees stress. Then Perceived supervisor support strengthens the relationship between emotional intelligence and stress.
