| Abstrak | Seiring kemajuan teknologi, SMP N 3 Purbalingga mulai memanfaatkan sistem komputer untuk pendataan alat dan bahan laboratorium namun penggunaannya masih terbatas pada Microsoft Excel dan Microsoft Word. Dengan kata lain, belum ada sistem yang menyediakan informasi inventarisasi alat dan bahan laboratorium secara online. Demi meningkatkan kualitas dan keefektifan pendataan alat dan bahan pada laboratorium IPA diperlukan sebuah aplikasi yang disebut Sistem Informasi Inventaris Alat dan Bahan Laboratorium IPA. Sistem informasi ini memanfaatkan web sebagai media akses, serta MySQL sebagai media penampung database. Sistem ini memberikan keluaran berupa laporan data alat, laporan data bahan, laporan peminjaman alat, laporan pemakaian bahan, laporan usulan pengadaan alat, laporan usulan pengadaan bahan, laporan pengadaan alat, laporan pengadaan bahan, laporan perbaikan alat, laporan penggantian bahan. Pengguna dapat mengecek alat maupun bahan yang tersedia serta kondisi alat di laboratorium IPA SMP N 03 Purbalingga dan melakukan peminjaman alat maupun pemakaian bahan secara online. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | As technology advances, SMP 3 Purbalingga started to use the computer system for data collection tools and materials laboratory but its use is limited to Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. In other words, the school do not have a system that provides information tools and materials laboratory inventory online. To improve the quality and effectiveness of data collection tools and materials in science laboratories need an app called Science Laboratory’s Tools and Materials Inventory Information Systems. This information system using the Web as media access, and MySQL database as a data storage. This system provides output in the form of data reporting tools, report of material data, reports of loaning tools, material usage report, the report proposed the procurement of equipment, the report proposed the procurement of materials, equipment procurement reports, material procurement reports, statements appliance repair, replacement of materials report. Users can check the tools and materials available as well as the condition of the tool in the science lab SMP N 03 Purbalingga and can order the tools and material on-line. |
