| Abstrak | Sistem Pakar Asupan Gizi Lansia (SPAGL) merupakan implementasi sistem pakar berbasis aplikasi web yang bertujuan memilih makanan sehat khusus lansia layaknya berkonsultasi dengan pakar. Untuk mencapai tingkatan UX yang baik dibutuhkan pengembangan UX aplikasi SPAGL. Pengembangan aplikasi yang berfokus pada end-user akan meningkatkan UX aplikasi. UCD ialah metodologi yang digunakan oleh pengembang dan perancang untuk memastikan produk dibuat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Penerapan user-centered design berdasarkan aspek usability yakni satisfaction, learnability, efficiency, memorability, dan error. Evaluasi usability menggunakan metode Heuristic Evaluation (HE). Aplikasi dikembangkan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, CSS, dan javascript. Hasil akhir dari penelitian berupa aplikasi dengan User Interface (UI) yang memiliki UX berdasarkan aspek usability. |
