| Abstrak | ABSTRAK Latar belakang: Stres kerja merupakan kondisi dimana individu berada dalam situasi penuh tekanan. Stres kerja yang dialami oleh perawat dipengaruhi oleh efikasi diri. Seseorang yang memiliki efikasi diri yang baik cenderung tidak mengalami stres kerja karena memiliki keyakinan diri akan berhasil mencapai tujuan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan stres kerja pada perawat tenaga kontrak di RSUD dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. Metode: Desain penelitian adalah kuantitatif korelatif dengan desain cross sectional. Penelitian menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah responden 69 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner dan uji statistik menggunakan uji Spearman. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil uji Spearman di dapatkan hasil p=0,001 (p<0,05) artinya ada hubungan yang bermakna antara efikasi diri dengan stres kerja dengan nilai r = – 0,378. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara efikasi diri dengan stres kerja, hubungan bersifat negatif dengan kekuatan hubungan lemah. Semakin tinggi efikasi diri maka semakin rendah stres kerja. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | ABSTRACT Background : Work stress is a condition in which individuals are in stressful situation. Work stress experiencedby nurses is influenced by self-efficacy. Someone who has a good self-efficacy tend to not experience the stress of work because it has confidence will succeed in achieving the goal. Objective : This study purposed to determine correlation between self-efficacy on contract employees nurse in dr. R. GoetengTaroenadibrataPurbalingga General Hospital. Methods : The study design was quantitative correlative with cross sectional design. Research used total sampling technique with the numbers of respondents 69 people. Collecting data used questionnaires and the statistical test used Spearman test. Result : The result of Spearman test was p value = 0,001 (p < 0,005), it was mean there is a significant correlation between self-efficacy with work stress, with r value = -0,378. Conclution : There was correlation between self-efficacy and work stress, negative correlation with the strength of weak ties. The higher self-efficacy it will decrease work stress.
