AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi performa reproduksi induk generasi kedua dan performa pertumbuhan hasil keturunan generasi kedua. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan, yaitu pemijahan induk ikan cupang jantan transgenik dengan betina transgenik (A), pemijahan induk ikan cupang jantan transgenik dengan betina non-transgenik (B), pemijahan induk ikan cupang jantan non-transgenik dengan betina transgenik (C), dan pemijahan induk ikan cupang jantan non-transgenik dengan betina non-transgenik (D). Hasil fekunditas perlakuan A 468 butir, B 1767 butir, C 1056 butir, D 889 butir. Nilai derajat pembuahan perlakuan A 90,81%, B 63,50%, C 61,71%, D 89,25%. Nilai derajat penetasan telur perlakuan A 75,59%, B 62,74%, C 70,18%, D 73,34%. Nilai kelangsungan hidup perlakuan A 52,34%, B 53,04%, C 56,56%, D 59,69%. Nilai pertambahan berat dan panjang perlakuan A 0,5770g dan 2,49cm; perlakuan B 0,4982g dan 2,29cm; perlakuan C 0,2684g dan 1,81cm; perlakuan D 0,5556g dan 2,37cm. Hasil berat mutlak perlakuan A 0,58±0,23, B 0,50±0,23, C 0,27±0,03, D 0,56±0,22 dan hasil panjang mutlak perlakuan A 2,48±0,44, B 2,29±0,56, C 1,81±0,33, D 2,37±0,52. Hasil SGR perlakuan A 7±0.004, B 6±0.013, C 6±0.008, D 7±0,014. Hasil dari ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi performa reproduksi induk generasi kedua dan performa pertumbuhan benih ikan cupang hasil keturunan generasi kedua tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata (P>0,05).
Abstrak (Inggris)This study was aimed to evaluate the reproductive performance from growth hormone transgenic of second generation and growth performance of Betta fish seed (Betta sp.) from second generation (F2). This research used experimental method with complete randomized (RAL) 4 treatments; breeding of both transgenic male and females (A), breeding between male and non-transgenic females betta fish (B), breeding between non-transgenic male and transgenic females betta fish (C), and breeding of both non-transgenic male and females betta fish (D) with 3 replications. Fecundity of treatment A was 468 grains, B was 1767 grains, C was 1056 grains, D was 889 grains. The degree of conception of treatment A was 90.81%, B 63.50%, C 61.71%, D 89.25%. The degree of egg layer hatching A 75,59%, B 62,74%, C 70,18%, D 73,34%. Value of survival treatment A 52.34%, B 53.04%, C 56.56%, D 59.69%. The value of weight gain and treatment length A 0,5770g and 2,49cm; Treatment B 0.4982g and 2.29cm; C treatment of 0.2684g and 1.81cm; Treatment D 0,5556g and 2,37cm. The results of the absolute weight of treatment A 0,58±0,23, B 0,50±0,23, C 0,27±0,03, D 0,56±0,22 and result of absolute treatment length 2,48±0,44, B 2,29±0,56, C 1,81±0,33, D 2,37±0,52. Results SGR treatment A 7±0.004, B 6±0.013, C 6±0.008, D 7±0.014. The results of the ANOVA showed that the evaluation from sample fish with growth hormone transgenic second generation (F2) and growth performance of Betta fish did not give a significant effect (P>0,05).
