| Abstrak | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga daging ayam ras, harga daging ayam buras, pendapatan kepala rumah tangga, dan jumlah anggota keluarga terhadap permintaan daging ayam ras pada rumah tangga di Kecamatan Singaparna Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Populasi penelitian ini rumah tangga yang mengkonsumsi daging ayam ras di Kecamatan dan dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin, sehingga didapatkan 95 rumah tangga. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa harga daging ayam buras, pendapatan kepala rumah tangga, dan jumlah anggota keluarga mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan daging ayam ras, sedangkan harga daging ayam ras berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap permintaan daging ayam ras pada rumah tangga di Kecamatan Singaparna. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap permintaan daging ayam ras adalah haga daging ayam buras. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | This study aimed to analyze the effect of the price of chicken meat race, the price of local chicken meat, income head of the household, and number of family members on the demand of chicken meat race as well as identify the variables that most influence on the demand of chicken meat race in the households in the district Singaparna, Tasikmalaya regency. The research method used is quantitative descrpitive and implementation using survey techniques. This research was conducted in the District Singaparna. This study population households consuming chicken meat race in District Singaparna and in the Sampling uses the Slovin formula with the result of 95 households. The technique of data analysis is uses a multiple linear regression with Ordinary Least Square method (OLS). The results of partial analysis showed that the price of local chicken meat, income heads of household and number of family members have positive and significicant effect on the demand for chicken meat race, while the price of chicken meat race is negaitive and not significantly affect the demand of chicken meat race in the households in the district Singaparna. The variables that most affect each other of demand for chicken meat race in District Singaparna is the price of local chicken meat. |
