| Abstrak | Penelitian ini merupakan survei pada para pengguna akhir software akuntansi di Rita SuperMall Purwokerto. Judul penelitian ini adalah "Pengaruh Kualitas Sistem Informasi, Kualitas Informasi dan Perceived Usefulness terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Akhir Software Akuntansi". Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas sistem informasi, kualitas informasi, dan perceived usefulness terhadap kepuasan pengguna akhir software akuntansi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna bagi perusahaan dalam evaluasi kepuasan pengguna akhir terhadap software akuntansi yang selama ini diterapkan serta dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna terhadap software akuntansi di masa depan dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah desain korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik disproportionate stratified random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang menggunakan software akuntansi dan mengambil sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kualitas sistem informasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna akhir software akuntansi, (2) Kualitas informasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna akhir software akuntansi, (3) Perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna akhir software akuntansi. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa dalam upaya meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja para pengguna software, manajemen keuangan harus memperhatikan berbagai kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan kualitas sistem informasi, kualitas informasi, dan perceived usefulness karena ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna akhir software akuntansi. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | This research is a survey on the end users of accounting software in Rita SuperMall Purwokerto. The title of this research is “The Influences of Information System Quality, Information Quality, and Perceived Usefulness on the End Users Satisfaction of Accounting Software”. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of information systems quality, information quality, and perceived usefulness on the end users satisfaction of accounting software. This research is expected to provide useful information for companies in an end user satisfaction evaluation of accounting software that has been applied at the moment. This is also used to improve the users’ satisfaction of accounting software in the future in achieving company goals. Type of this research is a correlational design with a quantitative approach. This research uses probability sampling with disproportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection method using questionnaire. The population in this research is all employees who use accounting software and took a sample of 50 respondents. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that (1) The information system quality has a significant positive effect on the end user’s satisfaction on the accounting software, (2) The information quality has a significant positive effect on the end user’s satisfaction on the accounting software, (3) Perceived usefulness has a significant positive effect on the end user’s satisfaction on the accounting software. The findings of this research provide implications that in an effort to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of software users’ performance, the financial management should pay attention to various policies relating to the information system quality, information quality, and perceived usefulness because these three variables have a positive and significant impact on the end users satisfaction of accounting software. |
