| Abstrak | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penggunaan sinbiotik terhadap indeks telur dan bobot kerabang telur itik. Materi yang digunakan adalah itik tegal umur enam bulan sebanyak 60 ekor. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Perlakuan yang diuji adalah penggunaan sinbiotik terdiri atas R0 (tanpa sinbiotik), R1 (pengggunaan sinbiotik 2 %), R2 (penggunaan sinbiotik 4 %), R3 (penggunaan sinbiotik 6 %). Peubah yang diamati adalah indeks dan bobot kerabang telur. Rata-rata indeks telur hasil penelitian R0, R1, R2, R3, berturut-turut adalah 78,84 %, 74,14 %, 77,24 %, 74,60 %. Rata-rata bobot kerabang telur R0, R1, R2, R3, berturut-turut adalah 9,54 g, 8,38 g, 9,02 g, 8,40 g,. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan sinbiotik dalam pakan itik tegal berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap indeks telur dan bobot kerabang telur. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan sinbiotik sampai level 6% menghasilkan indeks telur dan bobot kerabang Telur itik Tegal yang relatif sama. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the synbiotic on the index and shell weight of duck. The materials used were 60 Tegal ducks of six months old. The study was conducted by using the experimental method and completely randomized design (CRD). The treatments being tested were the uses of synbiotic consisted of R0 (synbiotic), R1 (use synbiotic, 2%), R2 (use synbiotic, 4%), R3 (use synbiotic, 6%). The parameters observed were index of eggs and egg shell weight. The average indexes eggs of R0, R1, R2, R3, were 78.84%, 74.14%, 77.24%, 74.60%, respectively. The average weights egg shells of R0, R1, R2, R3, were 9.54 g, 8.38 g, 9.02 g, 8.40 g, respectively. The results of analysis of variance showed that the uses of synbiotic in Tegal duck’s feed had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on the indexes of eggs and egg shell weights. The conclusion of this study is, the uses of synbiotic up to level 6% in Tegal duck’s feed produce similar eggs indexes and egg shell weight. |
