| Abstrak | Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 14 Juli 2017 sampai dengan tanggal 28 Juli 2017 tahun 2017. Lokasi penelitian di wilayah Kabupaten Kebumen yang meliputi 6 Kecamatan yaitu : Klirong, Bulus Pesantren, Puring, Ambal, Mirit, dan Petanahan. Sasaran yang akan dituju adalah 100 peternak sapi PO Kebumen dengan minimal 1 tahun pengalaman budidaya sapi PO Kebumen. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi curahan waktu kerja peternak sapi PO Kebumen dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi curahan waktu kerja pada usaha sapi PO Kebumen.Metode Penelitian menggunakan metode multistage sampling (metode pengambilan sampel bertahap) Tahap satu, sampel wilayah kecamatan diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode purposive (sengaja) yaitu memilih 6 kecamatan (Kecamatan Puring, Petanahan, Klirong, Mirit, Bulus Pesantren, dan Ambal) secara sengaja didasarkan bahwa wilayah 6 kecamatan tersebut sebagai pusat pengembangan sapi PO Kebumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa curahan waktu kerja untuk kegiatan sapi PO rata-rata angka tertinggi adalah pada kegiatatan merumput, dengan rata-rata 52 menit, selanjutnya membersihkan kandang dengan rata-rata 23 menit, memandikan ternak 20 menit, dan yang paling sedikit adalah memberikan pakan dengan rata-rata waktu yang diperlukan adalah 18menit. Rata-rata curahan waktu kerja peternak sapi PO Kebumen adalah 1 jam 91 menit, Sedangkan rata-rata curahan waktu kerja untuk usaha non sapi PO adalah 6 jam. Jumlah ternak dan pengalaman beternak merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap curahan waktu kerja peternak sapi PO kebumen. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | This research was conducted on 14 July 2017 to 28 July 2017 in 2017. The location of research was in area of Regency of Kebumen that involved 6 Sub district they were Klirong, Bulus Pesantren, Puring, Ambal, Mirit, and Petanahan. The target that wanted to be achieved was 100 cow farmer PO Kebumen with minimal 1 year experience of the cultivation of Cow PO Kebumen. The purpose of this research was to identify the devoting time of the work of cow farmer PO Kebumen and analyze the factors that affected of devoting time for the business of cow PO Kebumen. Method of research used the method of multistage sampling (method of taking sampling gradually) Stage one, area sample of sub district was obtained by using the method of purposive (intentional) that was by choosing 6 sub districts (Sub district of Puring, Petanahan, Klirong, Mirit, Bulus Pesantren, and Ambal) intentionally based that area of 6 Sub district as the central of development of Cow PO Kebumen. The result of research showed that devoting time of work for the activity of cow PO in average in the highest number was in the activity of grazing, with average 52 minutes, subsequently cleaning the cage with average 23 minutes, bathing the cows was 20 minutes, and the fewest was by giving food with average time that was needed was 18 minutes. The average of devoting time of work of cow farmer PO Kebumen was 1 hours 91 minutes, And the average of devoting time of work for the business non cow PO was 6 hours. The total cows and experience of breeding were the factors that affected to the devoting time of work of the cow famer PO Kebumen. |
