| Abstrak | Daging ayam broiler merupakan salah satu sumber protein hewani dengan harga yang relatif terjangkau dan mudah diperoleh. Permintaan daging ayam broiler di Kota Purwokerto mengalami peningkatan dari tahun 2013 hingga 2015. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh jumlah penduduk yang bertambah setiap tahunnya dan juga upah minimum masyarakat Kota Purwokerto yang meningkat setiap tahunnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan dan parsial variabel harga daging ayam broiler, harga daging ayam kampung, harga telur ayam negeri, harga ikan lele, pendapatan rumah tangga dan jumlah anggota keluarga terhadap permintaan daging ayam broiler di Kota Purwokerto, serta variabel mana yang paling berpengaruh terhadap permintaan daging ayam broiler di Kota Purwokerto. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi dinyatakan bahwa secara simultan variabel harga daging ayam broiler, harga daging ayam kampung, harga telur ayam negeri, harga ikan lele, pendapatan rumah tangga dan jumlah anggota rumah tangga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan daging ayam broiler pada rumah tangga di Kota Purwokerto. Secara parsial, harga daging ayam broiler berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, harga telur ayam negeri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, harga ikan lele berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, pendapatan rumah tangga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, jumlah anggota keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, serta harga daging ayam kampung tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan daging ayam broiler di Kota Purwokerto. Dari keenam variabel yang paling berpegaruh adalah harga daging ayam broiler. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | Broiler meat is one of animal protein with a relatively affordable and easily obtained. The demand for broiler chicken meat in Purwokerto City has increased from 2013 to 2015. This is due to the growing number of people every year and also the minimum wage of Purwokerto City which increases every year. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial variables of broiler prices, the price of chicken meat, the price of chicken eggs, the price of catfish, household income and the number of family members to the demand of broiler chicken in Purwokerto, and which variable is most influential on the demand of broiler chicken meat in the city of Purwokerto. Based on the results of regression analysis, simultaneously, variable price of broiler chicken meat, price of chicken meat, price of chicken eggs, catfish prices, household income and number of household members together significantly influence the demand of broiler chicken meat in household in Purwokerto City. Partially, the price of broiler chicken has negative and significant effect, the price of chicken egg has positive and significant influence, the price of catfish have positive and significant effect, the household income has positive and significant influence, the number of family member has positive and significant influence, and the price of chicken meat has no significant effect on the demand of broiler chicken meat in Purwokerto City. The most influential variable is the price of broiler chicken meat. |
