| Abstrak | CV. Yuasa Food Berkah Makmur merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi olahan buah carica, salah satunya yaitu manisan buah carica yang dikemas sehingga memiliki nilai jual yang lebih tinggi. Banyaknya pesaing menyebabkan peningkatan produksi. Namun, peningkatan produksi belum tentu disertai peningkatan produktivitas. Produktivitas yang rendah akan menyebabkan peningkatan biaya produksi, dan akan berpengaruh terhadap harga produk yang semakin tinggi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui biaya produksi, penerimaan dan keuntungan usaha manisan buah carica; (2) Mengetahui harga pokok produksi usaha manisan buah carica; (3) Mengetahui harga pokok penjualan usaha manisan buah carica; (4) Mengetahui besarnya nilai tambah usaha manisan buah carica. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 21 Desember 2016 sampai dengan 21 Januari 2017. Sasaran penelitian adalah CV. Yuasa Food Berkah Makmur selaku produsen manisan buah carica (kemasan MINI 130 gr). Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis biaya, penerimaan dan pendapatan, penentuan harga pokok produksi, harga pokok penjualan menggunakan metode variable costing dan analisis nilai tambah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam 32 hari proses produksi, besarnya biaya yang dikeluarkan usaha manisan buah carica sebesar Rp234.572.186,78, harga pokok produksi manisan buah carica menggunakan metode variable costing sebesar Rp192.490.226,00, dengan harga pokok produksi per kemasan sebesar Rp1.602,63. Harga pokok penjualan sebesar Rp234.572.186,78 dengan harga pokok penjualan per kemasan sebesar Rp1.956,71. Penerimaan yang diperoleh perusahaan dari hasil penjualan manisan buah carica kemasan MINI 130 gr selama 32 hari produksi sebesar Rp263.738.200, sehingga keuntungan yang diperoleh pada usaha pengolahan buah carica menadi manisan buah carica sebesar Rp29.166.013,22. Nilai tambah buah carica setelah diolah menjadi manisan buah carica sebesar Rp22.043,55 atau 50,19 persen dari nilai produk. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | CV. Yuasa Food Berkah Makmur is company that manufactures carica’s fruit processed, one of them are carica’s fruit candied that packaged so it has higher sale value. The number of competitors led to increased production. However, the increased production is not necessarily accompanied by increased productivity. Low productivity will lead to increased production costs, and will affect to higher product prices. This study aims to: (1) Determine the cost of production, revenue and profit of carica’s fruit candied; (2) Determine the production primary prices of carica’s fruit candied; (3) Determine the selling primary prices of caricas fruit candied; (4) Determine the amount of caricas fruit candied added value. This study was conducted on December 21, 2016 until January 21, 2017. The objectives are CV. Yuasa Food Berkah Makmur as the manufacturer of carica’s fruit candied (MINI package 130 g). This study used analysis of costs, revenue and income, determining the production primary prices, selling primary prices using variable costing and analysis of added value method. The results showed that in 32 days production process, the amunt of cost is carica’s fruit candied is Rp234.572.186,78, production primary prices of carica’s fruit candied using variable costing method is Rp192.490.226,00, with Rp1.602,63 each pack. Selling primary prices is Rp234.572.186,78 with Rp1.956,71 each pack. The revenue from selling carica’s fruit candied MINI package 130 g for 32 production days is Rp236.738.200,00, so the profit from carica’s fruit candied is Rp29.166.013,22. The added value when processed into caricas fruit candied is Rp22.043,55 or 50,19 percent of the product value. |
