| Abstrak | Bunga krisan potong merupakan komoditas hortikultura yang memiliki nilai ekonomi yang tinggi. Namun, saat ini bunga krisan potong di Kecamatan Pakem Kabupaten Sleman belum mampu menjadi komoditas unggulan. Hal ini karena usahatani bunga krisan potong membutuhkan biaya yang cukup besar sehingga keberlanjutan dan perkembangan usahatani ini tergantung pada ketersediaan modal oleh petani. Astha Bunda merupakan asosiasi yang membantu petani dalam melakukan kegiatan usahatani bunga krisan potong di KecamatanPakem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) menganalisis struktur biaya usahatani bunga krisan potong petani anggota Astha Bunda, 2) mengetahui pola pembiayaan usahatani bunga krisan potong anggota Astha Bunda. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Hargobinangun dan Desa Pakembinangun Kecamatan Pakem Kabupaten Sleman pada tanggal 7 November sampai dengan 10 Desember 2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Penentuan responden dilakukan dengan metode sensus dengan jumlah responden 21 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Rata-rata total biaya usahatani selama satu kali musim (±4 bulan) sebesar Rp3.085.397,08 per 50-200 m2 dan Rp5.014.742,46 per 220-400 m2, biaya produksi terbesar yaitu bibit, biaya modal kerja terbesar di keluarkan pada saat bulan pertama yaitu sebesar Rp2.136.441,86 per 50-200 m2 atau Rp3.527.097,58 per 220-400 m2. 2) Sumber pembiayaan yang digunakan petani meliputi a) modal sendiri, b) modal sendiri dan pinjaman Astha Bunda, c) modal sendiri dan pinjaman kelompok tani. Tidak ada petani yang mengakses ke lembaga keuangan seperti perbankan karena adanya kendala pembiayaan seperti; prosedur peminjaman, suku bunga pinjaman, dan sistem angsuran. Kondisi usahatani bunga krisan potong dengan asumsi sumber pembiayaan berasal dari pinjaman bank dan Astha Bunda memperoleh nilai R/C lebih dari satu sehingga efisien. |

But in Pakem subdistric Sleman cut chrysanthemum flower has not been able to become a superior commodity. This is because cut chrysanthemum flower farming costs a large enough so that the sustainability and expansion of this farming depends on the availability of funds by farmers. Astha Bunda is an association that helps farmers in the marketing of chrysanthemum cut flowers in Pakem Subdistric. This research aims to: 1) analyze the structure of farming costs of cut Chrysanthemum growers members of AsthaBunda, 2) know the pattern of financing of AsthaBunda farmer members.The research was conducted in the village of Pakembinangun and the village of HargobinangunPakem subdistrict in Sleman Regency during 07th November to 10th December 2016. The research method used is survey methods. Determination of the respondent's conducted by census method with the total number of respodents as many 21 people. Analysis of the method used is descriptive. The results showed that; 1) the average total cost of farming during one season (approximately 4 months) Rp3.085.397,08 per 50-200 m2 dan Rp5.014.742,46 per 220-400 m2, the largest cost of production is for buy seeds, the result of the largest expenses incurred in the first month is Rp2.136.441,86 per 50-200 m2 or Rp3.527.097,58 per 220-400 m2. 2) Sources of financing are used include a) farmer's own capital, b) own capital and loans Astha Bunda, c) own capital and loan farmer groups. Financing constraints for farmers include: loaning procedure, Interest rate, and repayment system. The condition of chrysanthemum flower farming with the source of financing from bank and Astha Bunda get R/C more than 1 so efficient. |
