| Judul Artikel | PENINGKATAN KELARUTAN P MENGGUNAKAN POS (PUPUK ORGANIK SPESIFIK) PADA MEDIA PIKOVSKAYA |
| Abstrak | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan formulasi POS yang tepat terhadap P tersedia, menentukan dosis POS yang efektif terhadap P tersedia serta menentukan pengaruh masing-masing dosis POS. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Tanah dan Sumber Daya Lahan Fakultas Pertanian serta Laboratorium Riset Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Kabupaten Banyumas, mulai Juli sampai dengan November 2016. Percobaan disusun dalam rancangan acak lengkap dua faktor pada Pikovskaya dengan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah jenis POS dengan aras tanpa POS, 2 % HF, 4 % HF, 6 % HF, 8 % HF dan 10 % HF. Faktor kedua adalah dosis POS dengan aras 1 %, 2 % dan 3 %. Variabel yang diamati adalah pH media, populasi bakteri pelarut fosfat, P terlarut dan efisiensi P. Pengamatan dilakukan dua kali masa inkubasi, satu minggu dan dua minggu. Hasil penelitian Jenis fosfat yang terbaik adalah mengandung HF 2 % dengan dosis berkisar 2.24 gram/100 ml – 2.79 gram/100 ml. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | This research aimed to determine of formula SOF (Spesifik Organic Fertilizer) that suitable to solubility P, determine of dose SOF that effective to solubility P and determine of interaction type dan dose SOF to solubility P. This research was conducted at laboratory of soil and Land Resource, Faculty of Agriculture and Research Laboratory of Jenderal Soedirman University from july to November, 2016. The experiment was arranged in a completely randomized design with two factors in 100 mL Pikovskaya with three replications. The first factor is the type of SOF with level without SOF, SOF 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. The second factor is the SOF dose with 1, 2 and 3%. Variables measured were pH medium, population of phosphate bacteria, dissolved P and efficiency of P. Observation was conducted twice during incubation period in the first week and the second week. The result showed that the best type phosphate is contained HF 2 % with dose ranged 2.24 gram/100 ml – 2.79 gram/100 ml. |
