| Judul Artikel | PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN POC POLITAHE DAN MEDIA TANAM TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN PAKCOY PADA SISTEM HIDROPONIK TETES |
| Abstrak | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan POC Politahe (2) mengetahui media tanam terbaik (3) mengetahui pengaruh interaksi antara penggunaan POC Politahe dengan macam media tanam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy pada sistem hidroponik tetes. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2017 sampai dengan Juni 2017 di screen house Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dan Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian ini menggunakan perlakuan faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor dan disusun secara Rancangan Acak Kelompok. Faktor pertama yaitu komposisi POC Politahe dengan nutrisi AB mix, meliputi 100% AB mix dan 0% POC Politahe; 75% AB mix dan 25% POC Politahe; 50% AB mix dan 50% POC Politahe; 25% AB mix dan 75% POC Politahe serta 0% AB mix dan 100% POC Politahe. Faktor kedua berbagai media tanam, yaitu arang sekam dan zeolit. Variabel pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, volume akar, bobot akar segar, bobot tajuk segar, bobot akar kering, bobot tajuk kering dan kandungan klorofil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) penggunaan POC Politahe dapat menurunkan 25% penggunaan AB Mix dilihat dari semua variabel yang diamati kecuali jumlah daun (2) penggunaan media tanam zeolit lebih baik daripada arang sekam pada semua variabel (3) terdapat interaksi antara komposisi larutan nutrisi dan media tanam berdasarkan variabel tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun. Kombinasi perlakuan komposisi POC Politahe dan media tanam yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy yaitu 75% AB Mix dan 25% POC Politahe dengan zeolit. Komposisi nutrisi terbaik untuk penanaman pada media arang sekam adalah 100% AB Mix dan untuk media zeolit adalah 75% AB Mix dan 25% POC Politahe. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | This research aimed to (1) determine the use of POC Politahe (2) determine the best medium (3) determine the interaction between the use of POC Politahe with planting medium towards growth and pakchoy yield in hydroponic drip system. This research was conducted in April 2017 to June 2017 in screen house Faculty of Agriculture University of Jenderal Soedirman and laboratory of Agronomi and Horticulture Faculty of Agriculture University of Jenderal Soedirman. The experimental design used was a factorial concisted of two factors with Randomized Block Design (RBD). The first factor was the composition of Politahe with AB mix nutrient, namely 100% AB mix and 0% POC Politahe; 75% AB mix and 25% POC Politahe; 50% AB Mix and 50% POC Politahe; 25% AB mix and 75% POC Politahe as well as 0% AB mix and 100% POC Politahe. The second factor used a variety of medium, namely husk charcoal and zeolite. Variables observed consisted of plant height, leaf number, leaf area, root volume, weight of fresh root, weight of fresh canopy, weight of dry root, weight of dry canopy and the amount of chlorophyll. The results of research showed that (1) the used of POC Politahe can reduce 25% of AB Mix viewed of all variables observed except number of leaves (2) the medium of zeolite was better than husk charcoal based on all variables (3) there was interaction between nutrients composition and type of medium based on plant height and number of leaves variables. The best combination between nutrients composition and type of media was 75% AB Mix and 25% POC Politahe with zeolite. The best nutrients composition for planting in charcoal husk was 100% AB Mix and for media zeolite was 75% AB Mix and 25% POC Politahe. |
