AbstrakLatar Belakang : Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang sangat cepat ditandai dengan tumbuhnya industri-industri baru yang menimbulkan banyak peluang bagi angkatan kerja pria maupun wanita. Tercapainya keadaan kesehatan yang optimal, dapat mewujudkan produktivitas kerja yang tinggi. Kekurangan konsumsi zat gizi bagi seorang pekerja dari standar minimum umumnya akan berpengaruh terhadap kondisi kesehatan, aktivitas, dan produktivitas kerja. Metodologi: Desain penelitian cross sectional. Sampel sebanyak 30 pekerja wanita yang diambil secara purposive sampling dengan memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi diwawancara menggunakan food Recall 2x24 jam dan diukur LILA untuk mengetahui status KEK. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Rank-Spearman. Hasil : Rata-rata tingkat asupan energi pekerja wanita yaitu 1581,5 kkal, tingkat asupan protein 45,77 gram, serta pekerja dengan status KEK (30%) dan normal (70%). Hasil uji bivariat menggunakan Uji Rank Spearman di peroleh nilai koefisien korelasi tingkat asupan energi (0,29), tingkat asupan protein (0,175) dan status KEK (0,57) . Abstrak (Inggris)Background: Rapid economic growth characterized by the growth of new industries which create many opportunities for male and female labor force. The achievement of an optimal state of health, can realize high productivity. Shortage of nutrient consumption for a worker on the minimum standards will generally affect the health conditions, activities and work productivity. Methodology: This study used cross sectional design. Samples of 30 female workers were taken by purposive sampling to meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria were interviewed using a food recall 2x24 hours and measured MUAC (Mid Upper Arm Circumference) to determine the status of CED. Data were analyzed using Spearman Rank test. Results: The average rate of energy intake in female workers is 1581.5 kcal, protein intake level is 45.77 grams, and female workers with CED status (30%) and normal (70%). The results of the bivariate test was using Spearman Rank test and obtained the correlation coefficient of energy intake level (0.29), the level of protein intake (0.175) and the status of CED (0.57). Conclusion: There is no relationship between the level of intake of energy, protein and CED (chronic energy deficiency) with work productivity of female workers in in Boga Sari Vermicelli Factory, Kembaran subdistrict, Banyumas regency.
