| Abstrak | Penelitian ini merupakan studi empiris dengan judul “Pengaruh Information Sharing, Long Term Relationship, Cooperation, Process Integration Terhadap Kinerja Supply Chain Management serta Pengaruhnya Terhadap Competitive Advantage (Studi Kasus pada Industri Kecil dan Menengah Getuk Goreng Sokaraja)”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh antara variabel information sharing, long term relationship, cooperation, dan process integration terhadap kinerja supply chain management serta, menguji pengaruh variabel kinerja supply chain management terhadap competitive advantage. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 37 UKM dari seluruh populasi dari 57 UKM, yang diambil secara simple random sampling dan data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Berganda dam Regresi Sederhana yang dioperasikan oleh Program IBM SPSS Statistics 21. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah information sharing, long term relationship, cooperation, dan process integration memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja supply chain management dan juga kinerja supply chain management memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap competitive advantage. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dan analisis regresi sederhana dengan uji adjusted R square, uji F, dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa information sharing, long term relationship, dan process integration memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan cooperation memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja supply chain management. Selain itu, kinerja supply chain management memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap competitive advantage. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | The title of this research is : The Influence Information Sharing, Long Term Relationship, Cooperation, and Process Integration on Supply Chain Management Performance and also influence on Competitive Advantage in Small and Medium Muffler Industry Getuk Goreng Sokaraja. The purpose of this research was to examine influence between information sharing, long term relationship, cooperation and process integration on supply chain management performance, and also to examine influence between Supply Chain Management Performance on Competitive Advantage. The sample that used is 37 small and medium industry from the entire population of 57 small and medium industry, that taken by simple random sampling and the collected data is using questionnaire. Technique analysis used is Multiple Regression and Simple Regression that operated by IBM SPSS Statistics 21 Programme. The hypotesis of this research are information sharing, long term relationship, cooperation, and process integration have positive influence on supply chain management performance and also supply chain management performance have positive influence on competitive advantage. The analytical tools that used the analyze of multiple regression and simple regression analysis with adjusted R square test, F test, and t test. Based on the result this study concluded that the information sharing, long term relationship, and process integration have positive and significant influence, while cooperation have negative toward supply chain management performance. Beside that, the supply chain management performance have positive and significant influence toward competitive advantage. |
