| Abstrak | ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui dosis urin sapi yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada (2) mengetahui waktu pemberian urin sapi yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada (3) mengetahui pengaruh interaksi antara dosis urin sapi dan waktu pemberian terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2017 sampai dengan November 2017 di screen house Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dan Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian ini menggunakan perlakuan faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor dan disusun secara Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap. Faktor pertama yaitu dosis urin sapi meliputi Kontrol, 25 ml/polibag, 50 ml/polibag, 75 ml/polibag. Faktor kedua berbagai waktu pemberian, yaitu 1 minggu sekali, 2 minggu sekali, dan 3 minggu sekali. Variabel pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, volume akar, bobot akar segar, bobot tajuk segar, bobot akar kering, bobot tajuk kering. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perlakuan dosis urin sapi 25 ml/polibag (U1) terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada (2) waktu pemberian urin sapi 1 minggu sekali (P1) lebih baik dibandingkan dengan waktu pemberian urin sapi 2 minggu sekali (P2) dan 3 minggu sekali (P3) (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara dosis urin sapi dan waktu pemberian pada semua variabel pengamatan. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | ABSTRACT This research aimed to (1) determine the best cow of urine for growth and yield of lettuce (2) determine the best application time for the growth and yield of lettuce (3) determine the interaction between dose cow of urine and application time towards growth and yield of lettuce. This research was conducted in Oktober 2017 to November 2017 in screen house Faculty of Agriculture University of Jenderal Soedirman and laboratory of Agronomi and Horticulture Faculty of Agriculture University of Jenderal Soedirman. The experimental design used was a factorial concisted of two factors with Randomized Block Completly Design (RBCD). The first factor was the dose urine of cow with four levels, namely control, dose 25 ml/polibag, 50 ml/polibag and 75 ml/polibag. The second factor used a variety of time application, namely 0nce in a week, twice in a week, and third in a week. Variables observed consisted of plant height, leaf number, leaf area, root volume, weight of fresh root, weight of fresh canopy, weight of dry canopy and weight of dry root. The results of research showed that (1) the best of dose 25 ml / polybag cow of urine for growth and yield on lettuce (2) application time cow of urine once in a week (P1) is better than twice in a week (P2) and third in a week (P3)(3) there was no interaction between dose cow of urine and application time on all observed variables. |
