| Abstrak | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE), dan Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV) pada perusahaan bidang konstruksi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan bidang konstruksi di Indonesia dari tahun 2012 sampai dengan 2016. Prosedur pemilihan sampel adalah purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 9 perusahaan. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Current Ratio (CR), Return On Equity (ROE) dan Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) berpengaruh terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV). Sedangkan variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV). |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | The purpose of this research is to examine of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE), and Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) toward Price to Book Value (PBV). Population in this research is the entire of Construction Company in Indonesia from 2012 to 2016. Sample selection procedure is purposive sampling method of 9 firms. Multiple linier regression and classic assumption test were used as a research model to analyze the empirical result. The results indicate that Current Ratio (CR), Return On Equity (ROE) dan Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) have effect on Price to Book Value (PBV). Meanwhile, the results show that Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have no effect on Price to Book Value (PBV). |
