| Abstrak | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai LC50-96 jam senyawa SLS terhadap ikan nilem serta melihat efek subletal dari senyawa SLS dengan mengamati perubahan jumlah eritrosit, leukosit dan hematokrit. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Penelitian dibagi menjadi 3 tahapan yaitu uji pendahuluan, uji toksisitas letal (LC50-96 jam), dan uji toksisitas subletal. Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Data yang diperoleh dari uji toksisitas letal dianalisis menggunakan analisis probit dan data uji toksisitas subletal dianalisis menggunakan uji F. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai LC50-96 jam senyawa SLS terhadap ikan nilem adalah 6,892 mg/L. Pengaruh subletal yang ditimbulkan akibat senyawa SLS terhadap ikan nilem adalah terjadinya penurunan jumlah eritrosit dan hematokrit serta meningkatnya jumlah leukosit seiring dengan meningkatnya konsentrasi SLS yang diberikan. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | The research is aimed to find LC50-96 h of SLS compound on Osteochilus hasselti and find the effect of lethal and sublethal of SLS compound by observing the change of erythrocyte, leucochyte and hemathrocyte quantity. The method used experimental method with Completely Randomized Design. The research was devided into three phase; Introduction, lethal toxicity test (LC50-96 h), and sublethal toxicity test. Each treatment replicated three times. Lethal toxicity test data were analized by probit analyse and sublethal toxicity test were analized by F test. The result shows that LC50-96 hour of SLS on Osteochilus hasselti is 6,892 mg/L. The effect of sublethal resulted by SLS compound on Osteochilus hasselti is to decrease of erythrocyte and hemathrocyte quantity and increase leucochyte quantity by the time SLS concentration of SLS given increases. |
