Judul Artikel | STUDI THREE LEVEL NEUTRAL POINT SHORTED INVERTER EMPAT SAKELAR DENGAN LEVEL SHIFTED CARRIER BASED SINUSOIDAL PWM |
Abstrak (Inggris) | Various research has been done in order to obtain the new inverter topology with low Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) on its output voltage and current. Three level neutral point shorted inverter is one of the new inverter topology that can create three level voltage condition on its output voltage. By level shifted carrier based SPWM switching control, the research result show that the three level condition can be obtained. The research result also shows that the dead time circuit can create spike voltage on its output voltage of inverter. The increased of modulation index at 0 until 1of range is proportional with the decreased of output voltage and current THD. The increased of carrier frequency is proportional with the decreased of output current THD. |
