Judul Artikel | ANALISIS LIFE CYCLE COST PRODUKSI BIODIESEL MINYAK KELAPA SAWIT (Studi Kasus di Pabrik Percontohan Balai Rekayasa Disain dan Sistem Teknologi, Serpong) |
Abstrak | Indonesia menduduki peringkat pertama produsen Crude Palm Oil (CPO) terbesar di dunia. Kelapa sawit memiliki produktifitas tertinggi penghasil minyak nabati dibandingkan jenis tanaman lainnya. |
Abstrak (Inggris) | Indonesia is the biggest producer of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) in the world. Palm oil has the highest productivity of vegetable oil among various crops. That makes CPO as the most potential raw material for biodiesel. The purpose of this study was to determine Life Cycle Cost (LCC), techno-economic feasibility and the sensitivity level of palm oil biodiesel production plan. The analysis shows that biodiesel production cost that factory is Rp 8,433 per liter. Techno-economic analysis suggested Rp 2.5 billion of NPV, IRR of 30.97%, MARR of 15.75%, net B/C ratio of 1.71 and PBP for 3.48 years. The production of palm oil biodiesel is economically feasible. Sensitivity analysis (switching value) shows that the max acceptable price drop, production decrease, and raw material increase respectively are 3.49%, 20.63% and 4.37%. |
