| Abstrak | Sebagai salah satu pelaku usaha kegiatan ekonomi dalam perekonomian nasional berdasarkan ekonomi demokrasi di Indonesia, Badan Usaha Milik Negara haruslah melaksanakan kegiatannya dengan profesional dan mengikuti perkembangan zaman yang terjadi saat ini. Pemerintah mengeluarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2003 tentang Badan Usaha Milik Negara dengan memperhatikan posisi strategis BUMN dalam perekonomian Indonesia guna mengoptimalkan peran BUMN agar menjadi lebih profesional. Namun dalam melaksanakan kegiatan usaha, baik pihak swasta maupun pemerintah yang diwakili oleh BUMN haruslah memperhatikan aspek sosial. Sebagaimana yang diamanatkan pada Pasal 88 UU No. 19 Tahun 2003 tentang BUMN bahwa BUMN dapat menyisihkan sebagian laba bersihnya untuk keperluan pembinaan usaha kecil/koperasi serta pembinaan masyarakat sekitar BUMN. Dengan lahirnya UU No. 19 Tahun 2003 tentang BUMN lahirlah Peraturan Menteri Negara BUMN Nomor PER-05/MBU/2007 tentang Program Kemitraan Badan Usaha Milik Negara dengan Usaha Kecil dan Program Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) sebagai pengaturan mengenai salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dari BUMN. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui penerapan Peraturan Menteri Negara BUMN Nomor PER-05/MBU/2007 tentang PKBL sebagai salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dari BUMN di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Cabang Purwokerto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Cabang Purwokerto sebagai unit operasional telah menerapkan ketentuan Peraturan Menteri Negara BUMN Nomor PER-05/MBU/2007 tentang Program Kemitraan Badan Usaha Milik Negara dengan Usaha Kecil dan Program Bina Lingkungan. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | As one of the businesses of economic activity in the national economy based on economic democracy in Indonesia, BUMN should carry out their activities with professionals and keep abreast of the current era. Government issued Law No. 19 of 2003 on BUMN with respect to the strategic position of the Indonesian economy in order to optimize the role of the state in order to become more professional. But in conducting business, both private and government, represented by BUMN must give attention to social aspects. As stipulated in Article 88 of Law No. 19 Year 2003 on BUMN can set aside part of its net income for the purposes of fostering small businesses / cooperatives and community development around the state. With the birth of the Law no. 19 of 2003 on state born Minister of BUMN No. PER-05/MBU/2007 about Partnership Program with the State Owned Small Business and Community Development Program (CSR) as a form of regulation on corporate social responsibility of the BUMN.This research was conducted with the purpose of knowing the application of the Minister of BUMN No. PER-05/MBU/2007 about CSR as a form of corporate social responsibility of state-owned PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Branch Purwokerto. The results showed that PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Branch Purwokerto as operational units have implemented the rule of Minister BUMN No. PER-05/MBU/2007 about Partnership Program with the State Owned Small Business and Community Development. |
