| Abstrak | Pupuk organik cair Bio P2000Z merupakan pupuk alami yang mengandung mikroorganisme penyubur tanah. Mikroorganisme yang ada di dalam pupuk Bio P2000Z tidak hanya berfungsi di dalam tanah, tetapi juga dalam proses penyerapan unsur hara oleh tanaman untuk pertumbuhannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi Bio P2000Z terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung manis; 2) mengetahui pengaruh frekuensi pemberian Bio P2000Z terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung manis; 3) mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi antara konsentrasi dan frekuensi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung manis. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Screen house Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari Oktober 2012 sampai Januari 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 2 faktor, yaitu konsentrasi pupuk Bio P2000Z (K1: konsentrasi 3,5%, K2: konsentrasi 7%, K3: konsentrasi 10,5%) dan frekuensi pemberian pupuk Bio P2000Z (F1: pemberian pupuk 1 kali, F2: pemberian pupuk 2 kali, F3: pemberian pupuk 3 kali). Kombinasi perlakuan terdiri dari 9 macam, masing-masing kombinasi diulang sebanyak 3 kali, sehingga seluruh unit percobaan sejumlah 27 unit. Data hasil pengamatan di analisis menggunakan uji F, dan dilanjut dengan uji DMRT 5% apabila terdapat pengaruh yang tidak nyata. Variabel yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), panjang akar (cm), bobot basah tanaman (g), bobot kering tanaman (g), panjang tongkol (cm), diameter tongkol (cm), bobot kering tongkol per tanaman (g), bobot kering biji per tongkol (g). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi dan frekuensi Bio P2000Z tidak memberikan pengaruh pada semua variabel pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung manis. Kombinasi antara pemberian konsentrasi dan frekuensi Bio P2000Z tidak memberikan pengaruh pada semua variabel pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung manis. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | Organic liquid fertilizer Bio P2000Z is a biofertilizer that contains soil fertility microorganisms. Microorganisms that contained in the Bio P2000Z fertilizer not only has its functions in the ground, but also in the nutrient absorption process by plants for growth. This research aimed to: 1) determine the effect of Bio P2000Z concentration on growth and yield of sweet corn, 2) determine the effect of Bio P2000Z frequency on the growth and yield of sweet corn; 3) determine the effect of a combination between concentration and frequency on the growth and yield of sweet corn. This research conducted at screen house in Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto, from October 2012 to January 2013. This study used Randomized Block Design with two factors, they are the concentration of Bio fertilizer P2000Z (K1: concentration of 3,5%, K2: concentration of 7%, K3: concentration of 10,5%) and the frequency of fertilizer Bio P2000Z (F1: 1 time fertilizer application , F2: 2 times fertilizer application, F3: 3 times fertilizer application). Combination treatment consist of 9 types, each combination has 3 replication, so the total of experimental units is 27 units. The data were analyzed with the F test, and continued with DMRT 5% if there is no significant effect. The measured variables were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), root length (cm), plant fresh weight (g), plant dry weight (g), cob length (cm), cob diameter (cm), cob dry weight per plant (g), dry weight of seeds per cob (g). The results showed that the concentration and frequency of Bio P2000Z not give effect to all variables growth and yield of sweet corn. The combination of concentration and frequency of administration of Bio P2000Z not give effect to all growth variables and yield of sweet corn. |
