| Abstrak | Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan berbagai jenis probiotik dalam ransum terhadap Haugh Unit dan volume telur ayam Arab. Materi yang digunakan adalah ayam Arab betina umur 90 minggu sebanyak 60 ekor dan ransum menggunakan probiotik. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode eksperimental in vivo dan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Jumlah perlakuan empat dengan ulangan sebanyak lima kali dan setiap ulangan terdiri atas 3 ekor ayam. Perlakuan yang diuji adalah penggunaan perlakuan probiotik dengan perlakuan R0 (tanpa probiotik), perlakuan R1 (penggunaan probiotik Bakteri asam laktat), R2 (penggunaan probiotik Lactobacillus sp), dan R3 (penggunaan probiotik Bacillus sp). Peubah yang diukur adalah Haugh Unit dan volume telur. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan berbagai jenis probiotik dalam ransum menunjukkan pengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap Haugh Unit telur ayam Arab sedangkan untuk volume telur ayam Arab berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0.05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan berbagai jenis probiotik dalam ransum meningkatkan Haugh Unit dan tidak meningkatkan volume telur ayam Arab umur 90-96 minggu. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | The research aims to determine the use of variation probiotics in Arabian chicken diet with Haugh Unit and egg volume Arabian chicken. The material used are 60 Arabian hens in 90 weeks aged and ration using probiotics. The research was done with experimental method in vivo and used completely randomized design (CRD). The amount of the treatment was four with five times repetation and each repetation consists of 3 chickens. The treatment examined was the use of probioticss treatment with treatment R0 (without probiotics), treatment R1 ( the use of probiotics lactat acid bacteria probiotics), treatment R2 (the use of Lactobacillus sp. probiotics), and treatment R3 (the use of Bacillus sp. probiotics). The variables measured was Haugh Unit and egg volume. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance. The variation analysis result showed thet the use of kinds probioticss in ration indicated the real affeet (P <0.05) toward Arabian Haugh Unit chicken egg, while for Arabian chicken egg volume made unreal affeet (P> 0.05). The conclusion of this research is the use of kinds probiotics in ration increase Haugh Unit and doesn’t increase for 90-96 weeks Arabian chicken egg volume. |
