AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, komunikasi organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah sakit Islam Purwokerto. Metode pengambilan sample yang digunakan adalah Cluster Proporsional Random Sampling Dan sample yang diambil 60 orang karyawan tetap. Metode analisis yang dipakai adalah menggunakan Regresi Linear Berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Abstrak (Inggris)The title of this research is The Influence of Compensation, Communication in Organization and Work Environment towards Employees’ Work Satisfaction of Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto. The problem of the research was: Does compensation have significant influence towards the employee’s work satisfaction? Does communication in organization have significant influence towards the employee’s work satisfaction? Does work environment have significant influence towards the employee’s work satisfaction? Based on the result of t-test, tcount X1 was 4,002, X2 was 2,581 and X3 was 6,240, α = 0.05, ttable was 2,00. Thus, it can be concluded that compensation, communication in organization and work environment had positive and significant influence towards employee’s work satisfaction of Islamic Hospital Purwokerto. The conclusion of this research was that compensation had positive and significant influence towards work satisfaction. This shows that the higher compensation accepted by an employee, the more satisfied the employee in accomplishing the job will be. Communication in organization had positive and significant influence towards work satisfaction. This shows that the better the relationship and communication among the employees, the happier the employees in working will be. Work environment had positive and significant influence towards work satisfaction. This shows that the more conducive the work environment to work, the more comfortable and satisfied the employees will be in accomplishing the job. The management of Rumah Sakit Islam Purwokerto should think about the factors that makes the work satisfaction fluctuated such as giving extra income, having good relationship with the employees, and good work environment management in order to make the employees reach work satisfaction.
