| Abstrak | Abstrak Usahatani bunga potong anthurium merupakan usahatani tanaman hias yang belum lama berkembang di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Kecamatan Wonosobo merupakan sentra produksi bunga potong anthurium di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Sebagai usahatani yang belum lama berkembang, informasi mengenai usahatani bunga potong anthurium masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu diperlukannya informasi mengenai profil usahatani bunga potong anthurium untuk mendukung perkembangan usahatani tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil usahatani bunga potong anthurium, mengetahui biaya dan pendapatan usahatani, mengetahui titik impas, dan mengetahui RC rasio usahatani bunga potong anthurium. Metode penelitian ini yaitu survai dengan rancangan pengambilan sampel yaitu sensus, sebanyak 18 petani responden. Variabel dan pengukuran yang diamati pada penelitian ini yaitu luas lahan, jumlah bibit, pupuk organik dan pupuk kimia, pestisida, tenaga kerja, produk, harga produk, biaya tetap, biaya variabel, biaya total, penerimaan usahatani, dan pendapatan usahatani. Analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis biaya dan pendapatan, analisis break even point, dan analisis RC rasio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usahatani bunga potong anthurium diusahakan sebagai usaha sampingan yang berawal dari hobi akan tanaman hias. Profil petani bunga potong anthurium memiliki latar belakang pendidikan tinggi serta memiliki penghasilan yang cukup, sebagian besar petani telah pada usia pensiun dan juga tanggungan keluarga yang sedikit. Hasil analisis dari rata-rata luas lahan 589,11 m2 biaya rata-rata yang dikeluarkan Rp.5.512.570,11dan pendapatan rata-rata Rp.5.761.240,07. Sedangkan nilai BEP unit 1.294,62 tangkai dan BEP rupiah Rp.3.344.433,27. Nilai RC ratio yang diperoleh 2,05. Diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa usahatani bunga potong anthurium telah memberikan keuntungan dan pengelolaannya sudah efisien. Kata kunci : Profil, Bunga Potong Anthurium, Wonosobo. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | Abstract Anthurium cut flower farming is farming ornamental plants recently developed in Wonosobo regency. Wonosobo districts is a center for the production of anthurium cut flower in Wonosobo regency. As farm recently developed, information about anthurium cut flower farming is still limited. Hence the need for information about the profile of anthurium cut flower farming to support the development of the farm. This study aims to determine the profile of anthurium cut flower farming, knowing the cost and farm income, determine the break even point, and knowing RC ratio anthurium cut flower farming. This research method is survey the sampling design used is the census, a total of 18 farmer respondents. Variables and measurements were observed in this study is the land area, number of seeds, organic fertilizers and chemical fertilizers, pesticides, labor, product, product price, fixed costs, variable costs, total costs, farm receipts and farm income. Data analysis in this research is the descriptive analysis, analysis of costs and revenues, the break even point analysis, and analysis of the RC ratio. The results showed that the cultivated anthurium cut flower farming as a sideline hobby that began with ornamental plants. Profile of cut flower anthurium growers have higher educational background as well as having sufficient income, most farmers have at retirement age and also a bit of family dependents. Results of the analysis of the average land area of 589.11 m2 total average costs incurred Rp.5.512.570,11and the average income of Rp.5.761.240,07. While the value of BEP and BEP unit stalk 1.294,62 Rp.3.344.433,27. RC values obtained ratio 2,05.
