| Abstrak | Partisipasi merupakan keterlibatan individu baik secara emosional maupun spiritual terhadap suatu sistem. Partisipasi sangat dibutuhkan oleh koperasi yang dalam kegiatannya tidak mungkin terlepas dari anggota.Prinsip keanggotan di dalam koperasi didasarkan pada prinsip dual identity, yaitu selain sebagai pemilik, anggota juga sebagai konsumen dari koperasi.Hal tersebut menjadi faktor utama penunjang kemajuan koperasi. KUD PATIKRAJA merupakan salah satu koperasi yang tergolong besar di Kabupaten Banyumas dengan jumlah anggota sebanyak 1396 anggota dan unit usaha yang beragam.Hal ini menjadikan KUD PATIKRAJA membutuhkan tingkat partisipasi yang besar pula untuk menjalankan kegiatannya dalam memenuhi kebutuhan anggota. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) menganalisis tingkat partisipasi anggota KUD PATIKRAJA dan 2) menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi anggota KUD PATIKRAJA. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 13November sampai 15Desember 2013 di KUD PATIKRAJA dengan sasaran penelitian seluruh anggota KUD PATIKRAJA. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling. Data penelitian berupa data primer dan sekunder diambil dengan cara wawancara dan studi pustaka. Indikator tingkatpartisipasi berdasarkan partisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan (manajemen), partispasi dalam kontribusi modal, dan partisipasi dalam pemanfaatan layanan.Tingkat partisipasi dianalisis menggunakan Metode Succesive Interval (MSI).Sementara untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian dan perhitungan menunjukkan tingkat partisipasi memiliki skor 19,79 dan termasuk dalam kategori rendah.Hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh variabel independen secara bersama sama sebesar 70, 5%. Sementara secara parsial, variabel independen yang mempunyai pengaruh terhadap tingkat partisipasi anggota KUD PATIKRAJAyaitu variable umur dan tanggungan keluarga. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | Participation is the involvement of individuals both emotionally and spiritually toward a system. Participation is required by cooperatives in operation is not possible apart from member. Membership in the cooperative principle is based on the principle of dual identit,. in addition to the owner, as well as members of consumer cooperativesKUD PATIKRAJA is one of the relatively large cooperative in Banyumas with a number of members who are many and considerable business units.This makes KUD PATIKRAJA require greater levels of participation to run its operations to meet the needs of members. The research aims to: 1)analyze the level of participation of members of KUD PATIKRAJA and 2) analyze the factors that affect the level of participation of members of KUD PATIKRAJA. The research was conducted from November13rd untiDesember20th 2013 in KUD PATIKRAJA, the target of research is all members of KUD PATIKRAJA. The used Sampling was done by simple random sampling method by 30 respondents. The research data were primary and secondary data which is got by interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. Indicators of participation based on participation in decision-making (management), participation in the capital contribution, and participation in the utilization of the services detailed above 9 questions that were previously tested for validity and reliability. The participation rate was analyzed using the method of Successive Interval (MSI), while to determine the factors that influence use of multiple linear regression analysis. Research results and calculations shows the level of participation has a score of 19.79 and is included in the ‘low category’. It is influenced by the independent variables are jointly equal to 75, 6%. While partially, independent variables that have a significant effect on the level of participation of members of KUD PATIKRAJA is variable age and number of dependent. |
