| Abstrak | Analisis usahatani sudah banyak sekali dilakukan, namun tidak pernah ada yang memperhatikan pendapatan dari buruhtani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besarnya sumbangan biaya upah buruhtani terhadap biaya usahatani padi serta perbedaan pendapatan antara petani padi pemilik dengan buruhtani. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survai. Sasaran penelitian adalah pendapatan petani dan buruhtani padi di Desa Adipala Kecamatan Adipala Kabupaten Cilacap. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel petani pemilik 60 orang dan buruhtani 47 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskripsi dan analisis dengan uji Z. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Besarnya sumbangan biaya tenaga kerja terhadap biaya total usahatani padi mencapai 73,63%. Biaya total rata-rata yang dikeluarkan petani pemilik selama satu musim tanam adalah Rp 5.118.733,33 per luas lahan rata-rata. Adapun untuk biaya tenaga kerja mencapai Rp 3.768.766,67 per luas lahan rata-rata. (2) Pendapatan petani pemilik dalam satu musim tanam sebesar Rp.11.731.300,00 per luas lahan rata-rata, sedangkan penerimaan rata-rata buruhtani sebesar Rp.1.745.744,68. Pendapatan buruhtani ditambah dengan pendapatan dari usaha lain sebesar Rp. 2.609.574,47. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | Analysis of farming has a lot to do, but no one ever noticed the income of farm laborers. This study aims to analyze the contribution of agricultural labor costs to the cost of rice farming and to analyze the differences in income between the owners of rice farmers and their workers. The method used was a survey. The target of this research is the income of farmers and farm workers in the village paddy Adipala Adipala District of Cilacap Regency. The sampling method used is simple random sampling. Total sample holder farmers and farm workers 60 people 47 people. Analysis of the data used is a description of the costs and revenues as well as analysis of variance with a paired t test (paired sample t test). The results showed that: (1) The amount of the contribution of labor costs on the cost of rice production reached 73.63%. The average total cost incurred during the peasant proprietors growing season is Rp 5,118,733.33 per land average area. As for labor costs reached Rp 3,768,766.67 per land average area.
