AbstrakKecamatan Sigaluh merupakan daerah sentra penghasil buah durian di Kabupaten Banjarnegara, meskipun demikian para petani durian di Kecamatan Sigaluh belum mendapatkan keuntungan secara maksimal karena adanya perbedaan harga di tingkat produsen dengan harga di tingkat konsumen yang relatif tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah(1)Mengetahui gambaran mengenai saluran pemasaran durian dari tingkat petani sampai dengan tingkat konsumen di Kecamatan Sigaluh (2)Menghitung besarnya marjin pemasaran untuk tiap - tiap saluran pemasaran durian (3) menganalisis besarnya bagian harga yang diterima oleh petani (farmer`s share) (4)Menghitung besarnya marjin keuntungan (profit margin) yang diterima oleh masing-masing pedagang pada setiap saluran pemasaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei. Jumlah responden petani yang diambil sebanyak 45 petani dengan kriteria petani tersebut mempunyai pohon durian minimal usia 8 tahun, 21 petani dari desa Sigaluh dan 24 petani dari desa Singamerta serta jumlah pedagang yang dijadikan sampel dengan menggunakan snowball sampling sebanyak 40 orang terdri atas 6 penebas, 8 pedagang pengumpul, dan 26 pedagang pengecer. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis marjin, analisis farmer’s share, bagian keuntungandanbagian biaya pada tiap saluran pemasaran, analisis marjin keuntungan (profit margin). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 macam saluran pemasaran buah durian di Kecamatan Sigaluh, saluran I yaitu petani – penebas – pedagang pengumpul – pedagang pengecer – konsumen, saluran II yaitu petani – pedagang pengumpul – pedagang pengecer – konsumen, saluran III yaitu petani – pedagang pengecer – konsumen. Marjin pemasaran buah durian di Kecamatan Sigaluh di setiap saluran pemasaran yaitu: saluran I memiliki marjin pemasaran sebesar Rp11.464,00/kg, saluran II sebesar Rp8.875,00/kg, saluran III sebesar Rp7.000,00/kg. Saluran pemasaran yang memiliki tingkat farmer’s share paling tinggi adalah saluran III (petani – pedagang pengecer – konsumen) sebesar 76,66 persen dengan memperoleh bagian keuntungan sebesar 89, 15 persen dan bagian biaya pemasaran 6,81 persen. Marjin keuntungan (profit margin) buah durian di Kecamatan Sigaluh yang diterima paling besar diperoleh pedagang pengecer pada saluran III (petani - pengecer - konsumen) yaitu sebesar 20,80 persen dari nilai penjualan.
Abstrak (Inggris)District of Sigaluh the central areas of durian fruit producer in Banjarnegara , however the durian growers in District Sigaluh not benefited to the maximum because of the difference in prices at the producer level with consumer prices are relatively high . The purpose of this study were ( 1 ) Knowing overview of marketing channels durian from the farmer to the consumer level in the District Sigaluh ( 2 ) Calculating the amount of marketing margin for each - each marketing channel durian ( 3 ) analyzing the magnitude part of the price received by farmers ( farmer ` s share) ( 4 ) Calculating the amount of the profit margin (profit margin ) received by each merchant on every channel marketing . The method used was survey. The number of respondents of farmers are taken as many as 45 farmers with the criteria of these farmers have durian trees of at least 8 years of age , 21 farmers from the village Sigaluh and 24 farmers from the village Singamerta as well as the number of traders were sampled using snowball sampling as many as 40 people terdri on 6 penebas , 8 traders , and 26 retailers . Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis , margin analysis , analysis of farmer's share , share of profits and part of the cost of each marketing channel , analysis of profit margin (profit margin ) . The results showed that there are three kinds of marketing channels durian in District Sigaluh , channel I that farmers - midlemen - gatherers - retailers - consumers , channel II which farmers - collectors - retailers - consumers , channel III that farmers - retailers - consumers . Marketing margin in District Sigaluh durian fruit in every marketing channels , namely : channel I have a marketing margin of Rp11.464,00 / kg , the second channel of Rp8.875,00 / kg , the third channel of Rp7.000,00 / kg . Marketing channels that have a level of farmer's share is highest channel III (farmers - retailers - consumers) amounted to 76.66 percent by acquiring a gain of 89 , 15 percent and marketing costs 6.81 percent . The profit margin (profit margin ) durian in District Sigaluh received most large retailers gained on channel III ( farmers - retailers - consumers) that is equal to 20.80 percent of the sales value.
