| Abstrak | Masyrakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA) yang mulai diberlakukan pada tanggal 31 Desember 2015 bertujuan untuk memperkuat ekonomi regional sekaligus meningkatkan keamanan dan perbaikan sosial di negara ASEAN. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat yang dihadapi perusahaan roti “X”, berlokasi di Kabupaten Banyumas, dalam proses sertifikasi SNI ISO 9001:2008 sebagai strategi menghadapi MEA. Sebanyak 100 responden diwawancara dengan menggunakan metode disproportional stratification sampling. Factor analisis digunakan untuk mengidentifikasikan faktor penghambat dalam proses sertifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tiga faktor penghambat: a) Komitmen manajemen puncak dalam pengendalian kualitas untuk memenuhi selera konsumer dan standar SNI dengan nilai varians 35%, b) Pelatihan karyawan mengenai SOP perusahaan sesuai dengan kebutuhan untuk mencapai proses operasi yang efektif dan efisien (nilai varians 23,3%), c) Ploting karyawan sesuai dengan skil dan keahlian untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumberdaya manusia (nilai variance 10,5%). Variabel yang diintifikasikan tersulit adalah “Pengembangan dan inovasi bentuk dan rasa roti berdasarkan selera pelanggan”. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | The ASEAN Economic Community (MEA) that was implemented by 2015 will enhance the region’s economic stability and integration as well as contribute to security and social environment by interlocking the region together. The aim of this study is to examine the obstacle factors of a bakery industry “X’ located in Banyumas regency during certification process of SNI ISO 9001:2008 to increase its global competitiveness to deal with MEA. A total of 100 respendents of Small Medium Enterprise (SME) “X” were interviewed using sratified disproporsional sampling. Factor analysis was used to identify obstacle factors during certification process of SNI 9001:2008. Three factors are determined that are; a) top management commitment to control the quality of the products in order to achieve consumer satisfaction and fulfill SNI standard which total contribution to varience is 35% b) implementing training and development program based on needs in order to achieve the effectiveness operation process with total variance explained 23.3%, and c) appropriate staffing is set up based on employeers’ skills and expertise with total variance explained 10,5%. The most difficult variable is the product innovation development to fulfill consumers’ taste expectation. |
