| Judul Artikel | HUBUNGAN TINGKAT ASUPAN ENERGI, LEMAK DAN INDEKS MASSA TUBUH DENGAN UKURAN LINGKAR PINGGANG PADA ANGGOTA POLISI POLRES BANYUMAS |
| Abstrak | Latar Belakang: Obesitas sentral merupakan peningkatan lemak tubuh pada daerah abdominal. Obesitas sentral dapat dinilai dari hasil pengukuran lingkar pinggang, termasuk dengan obesitas sentral jika lingkar pinggang >90 cm pada laki-laki dan >80 cm pada wanita dewasa. Kejadian obesitas sentral di Banyumas mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2015 menjadi 47,7%. Data Riskesdas (2013) menunjukan bahwa orang dewasa yang bekerja sebagai TNI, Polisi dan PNS merupakan kelompok prevalensi obesitas yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat asupan energi, lemak dan indeks massa tubuh (imt) dengan ukuran lingkar pinggang pada anggota polisi Polres Banyumas. Metodologi: Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah 60 anggota polisi Polres Banyumas dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode cluster random sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan pengukuran lingkar pinggang, berat badan dan tinggi badan secara langsung, Recall 2 x 24 jam untuk mengetahui tingkat asupan energi dan lemak. Analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hubungan tingkat asupan energi, lemak dan indeks massa tubuh dengan ukuran lingkar pinggang menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukan 50% anggota polisi Polres Banyumas mengalami obesitas sentral serta 56.7% termasuk dalam kategori indeks massa tubuh lebih. P value hubungan tingkat asupan energi dan lemak dengan ukuran lingkar pinggang >0.05 yaitu 1.000 dan 0.683 sedangkan P value hubungan indeks massa tubuh dengan ukuran lingkar pinggang <0.05 yaitu 0.000. Kesimpulan: Tidak ada hubungan tingkat asupan energi dan lemak dengan ukuran lingkar pinggang pada anggota polisi Polres Banyumas. | Abstrak (Inggris) | Background: Central obesity is increasing fat in abdominal area. It can be assessed by the measurement on size of waist circumference, including central obesity if the size of waist circumference >90 cm on men and >80 cm on adult women. The central obesity has increased in 2015 to 47.7% in Banyumas. The Riskesdas data (2013) showed the adults who worked as TNI, Police, and civil servants were the groups of high prevalence of obesity. The aim of the study is to determine the correlation between the levels of energy intake, fat, body mass index (BMI) and size of waist circumference on Polres Banyumas Police Officers. Metodology: The research was done by cross-sectional approach. The sampling was 60 Polres Banyumas Police Officers and sample was taken by using cluster random sampling method. The data was collected by measuring waist circumference, body weight and height directly, Recall 2 x 24 hours to find out the level of energy intake and fat. The analysis used chi-square to test the correlation of energy intake level, fat and body mass index (BMI) and size of waist circumference. Result: The result shows 50% of Polres Banyumas Police Officers were central obesity and 56.7% were included in the category of more body mass index. P value the correlation the energy level and fat intake and size of waist circumference >0.05 is 1.000 and 0.683 whereas P value the correlation of body mass index and size wait circumference <0.05 is 0.000. Conclusion: There is no correlation between the level of energy, fat intake and size of waist circumference on the Polres Banyumas Police Officers. There is a correlation between body mass index (BMI) and the size of waist circumference of Polres Banyumas Police Officers.
