| Abstrak | Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pendidikan karayawan, umur karyawan dan kinerja karyawan koperasi serta untuk menganalisis hubungan pendidikan dan umur dengan kinerja karyawan koperasi unit desa susu di Kabupaten Boyolali. Metode penetapan sampel koperasi dan pengambilan responden dilakukan secara random sampling. Koperasi dipilih sebanyak 75% dari 4 koperasi yang masih aktif di Kabupaten Boyolali yaitu KUD Mojosongo, KUD Cepogo dan KUD Musuk. Pengambilan responden yaitu sebanyak 15 karyawan koperasi dari setiap koperasi terpilih dan diperoleh total responden sebanyak 45 orang. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang tidak nyata antara pendidikan dan umur dengan kinerja karyawan koperasi unit desa di Kabupaten Boyolali. Pendidikan dengan kinerja memiliki nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,224 (korelasi lemah) dan umur dengan kinerja memiliki nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,082 (korelasi sangat lemah). |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | The purpose of this research is to know the education of the employee, employers ages and performance of cooparative employees and to analyze the correlation of education and their ages with determining cooperative staff of dairy village unit in Boyolali district. Methods of determining cooperative samples and taking respondents were done by random sampling. Cooperatives were selected as much as 75% of the 4 coopertives that are still active in Boyolali District which is KUD Mojosongo, KUD Cepogo and KUD Musuk. There are 15 respondents of employees cooperative of each selected cooperative and obtained a total of 45 respondents. The result of the analysis shows that there is unreal relationship between education and age with performance of the cooperative employees of the village unit in Boyolali District. The performance of education has a correlation coefficient value of 0.224 (weak correlation) and the performance of ages has a correlation coefficient value of 0.082 (very weak correlation). |
