| Abstrak | Penelitian mengenai “Pola Distribusi Ikan Teri (Stolephorus sp.) Yang Didaratkan di TPI Pulolampes, Brebes, Jawa Tengah” bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola distribusi dan penanganan serta kualitas ikan Teri (Stolephorus sp.) yang didaratkan di TPI Pulolampes Brebes. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei yang mencakup pengumpulan data primer meliputi observasi dan wawancara dengan pihak TPI, nelayan, pedagang pengumpul, pedagang pengecer, dan konsumen serta data uji kesegaran ikan (organoleptik), sedangkan pengumpulan data sekunder yaitu data produksi ikan Teri (2012-2017) yang didaratkan di TPI Pulolampes Brebes. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai Mei 2018 sampai Juni 2018 di TPI Pulolampes Brebes dan LPPMHP Semarang. Ikan Teri (Stolephorus sp.) merupakan ikan hasil tangkapan yang didaratkan di TPI Pulolampes Brebes yang mempunyai nilai ekonomis penting. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pola distribusi ikan Teri umumnya dalam bentuk segar dan untuk pemenuhan konsumsi lokal. Kesegaran ikan Teri hasil uji menunjukan nilai rata-rata 7, hal ini menunjukan bahwa ikan Teri tersebut mempunyai nilai kesegaran yang cukup baik dan berkualitas serta masih layak untuk dikonsumsi sehingga dengan ini mutu produk lebih meningkat. | Abstrak (Inggris) | The research is about “The Distribution of Teri Fish (Stolephorus sp.) Which Is Caought and Put Ashore in TPI Pulolampes, Brebes, Jawa Tengah” it aims to find out the distribution, handling scheme, and the quality of Teri fish (Stolephorus sp.) which is caught and put ashore in TPI Pulolampes Brebes. The method used in this research is survey method by conducting interview and observation. The data are collected from primer data, i.e. observation and interview with fish auction center officers, fishermen, distributors, seller, consumer, and the testing data of fish freshness (organoleptic). The secondary data comprises the data of product Teri fish from 2012 until 2017 in TPI Pulolampes Brebes. The reseach was held on May 2018 until June 2018 in fish auction center TPI Pulolampes Brebes and LPPMHP Semarang. Teri fish (Stolephorus sp.) which is caught and put ashore in TPI Pulolampes Brebes, has a highly economic value. The result of the research shows that the distribution scheme of Teri fish is generally in the from of fresh fish and aims to fulfill local consumption. The result of freshness (organoleptic) test shows that the average freshness value of fishes is 7, it means that the fishes have a quite good freshness, good quality and are good to consume, so that it can improve the quality of product.
