Judul ArtikelPENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB) DAN KINERJA PADA PEGAWAI RRI PURWOKERTO
AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan kinerja pegawai RRI Purwokerto, serta menganalisis pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja pegawai RRI Purwokerto, serta menganalisis pengaruh mediasi organizational citizenship behavior dalam hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja RRI Purwokerto. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling, survey dilakukan terhadap 87 responden yang merupakan pegawai RRI Purwokerto. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah partial least square dengan bantuan program SmartPLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan kinerja pegawai RRI Purwokerto; hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai RRI Purwokerto; hasil analisis juga membuktikan bahwa organizational citizenship behavior mampu memediasi secara parsial dalam hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai RRI Purwokerto. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu bagi manajemen RRI Purwokerto hendaknya meningkatkan gaji karyawan supaya bisa meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan, serta memikirkan bagaimana memberikan tantangan bagi para karyawan supaya merasa pekerjaannya sebagai pekerjaan yang menarik. Manajemen RRI Purwokerto hendaknya juga mengkaji kembali Standar Operasional Prosedur dan bila perlu memperketat kriteria dan syarat untuk orang yang pantas menduduki posisi puncak dalam organisasi, sehingga orang yang menduduki posisi puncak adalah benar-benar orang yang kapabel dan kompeten.
Abstrak (Inggris)The study aimed to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior and employee’s performance RRI Purwokerto, also analyze the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on employee’s performance of RRI Purwokerto, also analyze the effect of mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior in the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational culture on employee’s performance of RRI Purwokerto. The study was conducted using survey methods. The sampling method uses total sampling, the survey was conducted on 87 respondents who were RRI Purwokerto employees. The data analysis method used is partial least square with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 program. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that job satisfaction and organizational culture have a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior and employee’s performance of RRI Purwokerto; the results of the analysis also showed that organizational citizenship behavior have a positive effect on the employee’s performance of RRI Purwokerto; the results of the analysis also prove that organizational citizenship behavior is able to partially mediate in the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational culture on the employee’s performance of RRI Purwokerto. The implication of this study is that the management of RRI Purwokerto should increase employee salaries in order to increase job satisfaction for employees, and think about how to challenge employees to feel their work as an interesting job. The management of RRI Purwokerto should also review Standard Operating Procedures and if necessary tighten the criteria and requirements for people who deserve to occupy the top positions in the organization, so that the person who occupies the top position is truly capable and competent.
