| Abstrak | Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kemampuan dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Karyawan Kantor PT.PLN (Persero) Kota Tasikmalaya”. Permasalahan utama adalah kinerja karyawan di kantor PT.PLN (persero) Kota Tasikmalaya yang akan dipengaruhi olek Kemampuan dan Motivasi Kerja.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis besarnya pengaruh Kemapuan dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di kantor PT.PLN (persero) Kota Tasikmalaya. Peneltian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan metode survei, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan menggunakan perhitungan statistic distribusi frekuensi, korelasi product moment, korelai ganda/multiple correlation, korelasi parsial, dan regresi ganda, dengan sasaran penelitian kantor PT.PLN (persero) Kota Tasikmalaya sebanyak 68 karyawan.Berdasarkan hasil analisi secara kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini dapat dijelaskan sebagai berikut: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) sebesar 0,658. (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Motivasi Kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja Karyawan (Y). Sebesar 0,772. (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan R square sebesar 0,663.atau 66,3% disebabkan oleh variabel tersebut dan sisanya 33,7% disebabkan variabel lainnya. Oleh karenanya keseluruhan hipotesis penelitian dapat diterima. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | This study is entitled "The Effect of Work Ability and Motivation on Employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tasikmalaya City Office". The main problem is the performance of employees in the office of PT. PLN (Persero) of Tasikmalaya City which will be influenced by the ability and work motivation.The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the magnitude of the influence of ability and work motivation on employee performance in the office of PT PLN (Persero) in Tasikmalaya City. This research uses quantitative research methods with a survey method approach, with data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. The analytical method used uses statistical calculation of frequency distribution, product moment correlation, multiple correlation, partial correlation, and multiple regression, with 68 employees as the target of PT PLN's office (Persero) Kota Tasikmalaya.Based on the results of quantitative analysis in this study can be explained as follows: (1) there is a positive and significant influence between ability (X1) on employee performance (Y) of 0.658. (2) there is a positive and significant influence on Work Motivation (X2) on Employee performance (Y). 0.772. (3) there is a significant influence between ability and work motivation on employee performance with R square of 0.663 or 66.3% due to these variables and the remaining 33.7% due to other variables. Therefore the entire research hypothesis can be accepted. |
