| Abstrak | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan senyawa dalam fraksi etil asetat ekstrak etanolik daun jarak pagar yang berpotensi sebagai antiinflamasi. Isolasi senyawa dilakukan menggunakan metode KLT preparatif dengan silika gel sebagai fase diam dan n-heksana-etil asetat-etanol (4,5: 5: 0,5) sebagai fase gerak. Isolasi senyawa tersebut menghasilkan 2 isolat. Isolat 1 diidentifikasi dengan spektrofotometri UV-Vis pereaksi geser menunjukkan senyawa flavon dengan kemungkinan gugus hidroksi pada C-5, C-7 dan C-4 '. Sedangkan isolat 2 diidentifikasi dengan spektroskopi 1HNMR menghasilkan 15 sinyal proton yang menunjukkan bahwa isolat 2 diduga merupakan senyawa asam ferulat ester. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | This study aims to determine the content of compounds in ethyl acetate fraction of ethanolic extract of Jatropha leaves which has the potential as anti-inflammatory. Compound isolation was carried out using preparative TLC method with silica gel as a stationary phase and n-hexane-ethyl acetate-ethanol (4,5: 5: 0,5) as the mobile phase. Isolation of these compounds produced 2 isolates. Isolate 1 was identified by UV-Vis spectrophotometry of shear reagent indicating flavone compounds with the possibility of hydroxy groups at C-5, C-7 and C-4 '. Whereas isolate 2 was identified by spectroscopy 1HNMR produced 15 proton signals which showed that isolate 2 was suspected to be ferulic ester acid compound. |
