| Abstrak | Penelitian yang berjudul “Efisiensi Ekonomis Pada Produksi Dust Collector di PT. Bumi Perkasa Internasional, Bekasi” ini, terjadi dikarenakan perusahaan ini berada di kota Bekasi yang merupakan daerah dengan banyaknya jumlah industri yang ada, selain itu perusahaan ini merupakan salah satu perusahaan penghasil Dust Collector yang produksinya cukup banyak diantara para pesaingnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keuntungan, nilai efisiensi ekonomis, dan titik impas atau Break Even Point dari produksi Dust Collector yang dihasilkan oleh PT. Bumi Perkasa Internasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan PT. Bumi Perkasa Internasional sebagai obyek dan lokasi penelitian, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode survei dan berisi data primer yang diperoleh dari pihak PT. Bumi Perkasa Internasional menggunakan cara mewawancarai responden tersebut. Berdasakan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa produksi Dust Collector oleh PT. Bumi Perkasa Internasional pada tahun 2017 menguntungkan karena TR > TC. Dilihat dari analisis efisiensi ekonomis dari keenam jenis Dust Collector nilai rata-ratanya lebih besar dari satu (R/C > 1), yaitu sebesar 1,37. Dari analisis break even point (BEP), keenam jenis Dust Collector tersebut secara keseluruhan sudah melewati titik BEP yang ditentukan sehingga produksi Dust Collector yang dijalankan tidak mengalami kerugian. Hasil produksi pada Dust Collector sudah memberikan keuntungan bagi PT. Bumi Perkasa Internasional dan layak untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut. Meskipun demikian, pemanfaatan input dalam memproduksi Dust Collector harus lebih diefisiensikan secara ekonomis agar produksi Dust Collector menghasilkan keuntungan maksimal. Untuk peningkatan dan perluasan produksi Dust Collector, hendaknya perlu adanya perluasan pemasaran dan mengikuti tender-tender yang diadakan diluar wilayah jabodetabek dan sekitarnya. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | The study, entitled "Economic Efficiency in Dust Collector Production at PT. Bumi Perkasa Internasional, Bekasi" occurred because the company was located in the city of Bekasi which is an area with a large number of existing industries, besides this company is one of the companies producing Dust Collector which has quite a lot of production among its competitors. This study aims to determine the level of profit, value of economic efficiency, and break even point from the production of Dust Collector produced by PT. Bumi Perkasa Internasional. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods and uses PT. Bumi Perkasa Internasional as an object and location of research, this research is a survey method and contains primary data obtained from PT. Bumi Perkasa Internasional uses the method of interviewing these respondents. Based on the results of the study showed that the production of Dust Collector by PT. Bumi Perkasa Internasional in 2017 benefits because of TR> TC. Judging from the analysis of economic efficiency of the six types of Dust Collector the average value is greater than one (R/C> 1), which is equal to 1.37. From the break even point analysis (BEP), the six types of Dust Collector as a whole have passed the specified Break Even Point. So that the production of Dust Collector which running does not experience losses. Production results on the Dust Collector have provided benefits to PT. Bumi Perkasa Internasional and deserve to be developed further. Even so, the use of inputs in producing Dust Collectors must be more economically efficient so that the Dust Collector production produces maximum benefits. To increase and expand the production of Dust Collector, it is necessary to expand marketing and participate in tenders held outside Jabodetabek and its surroundings. |
