AbstrakPenelitian ini berjudul "Clustering Vegetasi Mangrove di Segara Anakan Bagian Timur (E-SAL), Cilacap" yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kerapatan mangrove dan menganalisis pengelompokan vegetasi mangrove E -SAL. Metode yang digunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan analisis cluster dan disajikan pada dendogram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerapatan mangrove di E-SAL adalah 267 - 4367 ind / ha (diameter> 4 cm) tanpa Nypah dan 0 - 233 ind / ha (diameter> 10 cm tanpa Nypah). Ekosistem Mangrove di E-SAL memiliki 3 cluster yang merupakan cluster pertama disusun oleh stasiun 2, stasiun 1, stasiun 12, stasiun 3, stasiun 22, stasiun 5, stasiun 10, stasiun 7, stasiun 11, stasiun 4, stasiun 13 , dan stasiun 6 dengan formasi yang {2 - (((4, 13), 6) ((1,12), ((4,13) ((5,10) (7,11)))}. Cluster kedua disusun oleh stasiun 9, stasiun 8, stasiun 15, stasiun 19, stasiun 20, dan stasiun 21, dengan formasi adalah {9; ((8.15), (19, (20.21))}}. Cluster ketiga dibentuk oleh stasiun 18, stasiun 17, stasiun 14 dan stasiun 16, yaitu klaster {18 (17, (14,16))}
Abstrak (Inggris)This research is entitled "The clustering of Mangrove Vegetation in The East Part of Segara Anakan (E-SAL), Cilacap" which was conducted in August 2018. This study aims to determine the density of mangroves and to analyse the clustering of mangrove vegetation E-SAL. The method used purposive sampling techniques with cluster analysis and presented on dendogram. The results showed that the mangrove density in E-SAL were 267 - 4367 ind / ha (mangrove trees with diameter > 4 cm) without Nypah and 0 - 233 ind / ha (mangrove trees with diameter > 10 cm without Nypah). The Mangrove ecosystem in E-SAL had 3 clusters that were the first cluster was arranged by station 2, station 1, station 12, station 3, station 22, station 5, station 10, station 7, station 11, station 4, station 13, and station 6 with formations that were {2 - (((4 , 13), 6) ((1.12), ((4.13) ((5.10) (7.11)))} The second cluster was arranged by station 9, station 8, station 15, station 19, station 20, and station 21, with formations were {9; ((8.15), (19, (20.21))}} The third cluster was formed by station 18, station 17, station 14 and station 16, namely cluster {18 ( 17, (14,16))}
