| Abstrak | Latar belakang : Perawat merupakan bagian dari tim kesehatan yang memiliki peranan penting dalam pengelolaan dan perawatan klien. Salah satu hal yang harus dikuasai perawat adalah pengenalan tanda kegawatan melalui kemampuan menginterpretasikan EKG. Metode belajar untuk membantu perawat belajar menginterpretasikan EKG diantaranya metode CRISP dan Modified DISBI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan pengaruh metode belajar CRISP dan Modified DISBI terhadap kemampuan perawat dalam melakukan interpretasi EKG strip. Metodologi : Penelitian eksperimental ini menggunakan rancangan pretest and posttest design. Responden berjumlah 52 perawat yang terbagi menjadi dua kelompok. Teknik sampling menggunakan simple random. Uji yang digunakan untuk menganalisis perbedaan nilai pretest dan posttest pada masing-masing kelompok adalah uji T Berpasangan dan perbedaan pengaruh kedua kelompok menggunakan uji T Tidak Berpasangan. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna rerata nilai kemampuan interpretasi EKG strip sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi pada kelompok Modified DISBI maupun CRISP dengan nilai p<0,001 untuk kedua kelompok. Tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh metode belajar Modified DISBI dan CRISP terhadap kemampuan perawat melakukan interpretasi EKG strip dengan p=0,996 (IK95%). Kesimpulan : Metode CRISP dan Modified DISBI terbukti sama-sama efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan perawat dalam melakukan interpretasi EKG strip Kata kunci : CRISP, DISBI, Perawat EKG. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | Background : Nurses are part of the health team that has an important role in client management and care. One of the things that must be controlled by nurses is the early signs of emergency through the ability to interpret the ECG. Learning methods to help nurses learn to interpret ECGs including the CRISP and Modified DISBI methods. This study aims to identify differences in the influence of learning methods CRISP and Modified DISBI on nurses' ability to interpret ECG strips. Methodology : This experimental study used the design of pretest and posttest design. There were 52 nurses who were divided into two groups. The technique sampling used simple random. The test used to analyze the differences in the value of the pretest and posttest in each group was the Paired T Test and the difference in the influence of the two groups using the Independent Paired T test. Results : The results of this study showed that there were significant differences in the mean scores of the ECG strips interpretation ability before and after intervention in both groups Modified DISBI and CRISP with p<0,001. There is no difference in the effect of learning methods Modified DISBI and CRISP on the ability of nurses to interpret ECG strips with p =0.996 (IK95%).
