AbstrakKailan (Brassica oleracea L.var alboglabra) memiliki prospek yang baik untuk dibudidayakan. Salah satu upaya peningkatan teknik budidaya tanaman kailan dengan pemanfaatan limbah air cucian beras dan pupuk kandang ayam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mendapatkan konsentrasi air cucian beras yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kailan, 2) Mengetahui dosis pupuk kandang ayam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kailan, 3) Mengetahui hasil kombinasi pupuk kandang ayam dan air cucian beras terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kailan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September sampai Desember di screen house dan Laboratorium Agronomi Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama air cucian beras dengan konsentrasi 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, dan pupuk kandang ayam dengan dosis 0, 20, 30, dan 40 ton/ha. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa konsentrasi pemberian air cucian beras sebesar 75% memberikan pengaruh terhadap jumlah klorofil dengan rata-rata 51,00 dan luas daun dengan rata-rata 3,14. Kombinasi air cucian beras dan pupuk kandang ayam memberikan pengaruh terhadap jumlah klorofil dan kerapatan stomata, namun tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah klorofil, kerapatan stomata, luas daun, bobot segar tajuk, bobot segar akar, bobot kering tajuk, bobot kering akar.
Abstrak (Inggris)Kailan (Brassica oleracea L.var alboglabra) has good prospects for cultivation. One of the efforts to improve kailan cultivation technology is by utilizing rice washing water waste and chicken manure. This study aims to 1) get the best concentration of rice washing water on growth and yield of kale plants, 2) Knowing chicken manure dosage on growth and yield of kale plants, 3) Knowing the results of combination of chicken manure and rice washing water on growth and yield kale plant. This research was conducted in September to December at the screen house and the Agronomy Horticulture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University. The research design used was a Complete Randomized Block Design (CRBD) with two factors. The first factors is rice washing water with a concentration of 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, and chicken manure with doses of 0, 20, 30 and 40 tons / ha. The results showed that the concentration of 75% of rice washing water had an effect on the amount of chlorophyll with an average of 51.00 and leaf area with an average of 3.14. The combination of rice washing water and chicken manure had an effect on the amount of chlorophyll and stomata density, but did not have a significant effect on plant height, leaf number, chlorophyll amount, stomata density, leaf area, canopy fresh weight, root fresh weight, canopy dry weight, root dry weight.
