| Abstrak | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal intelektual, tata kelola perusahaan yang baik, profitabilitas, dan leverage pada nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada 2016-2018. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 14 perusahaan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa (1) Modal Intelektual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) Kepemilikan Institusional memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) Dewan Komisaris berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (4) Profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (5) Leverage berpengaruh negatif tetapi signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dari hasil yang ditunjukkan oleh penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa modal intelektual, dewan komisaris, dan leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan sektor perbankan harus lebih memperhatikan variabel-variabel tersebut. Terutama modal intelektual, yang telah terbukti memberikan dampak besar pada nilai perusahaan berdasarkan penelitian ini. Variabel lain mungkin tidak memberikan efek yang sama pada nilai perusahaan. Namun, variabel lain masih dapat dianggap penting karena juga berpengaruh pada nilai perusahaan. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of intellectual capital, good corporate governance, profitability, and leverage on firm value. The population in this study is the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The numbers of samples in this study are 14 companies. Determination of sample is using purposive sampling method. Based on the results of research and data analysis using multiple regression analysis shows that (1) Intellectual Capital had positive and significant effect on firm value, (2) Institutional Ownership had negative and no significant effect on firm value, (3) Board of Commissioner had positive and significant effect on firm value, (4) Profitability had negative and no significant effect on firm value, (5) Leverage had negative but significant effect on firm value. From the result shown by this research it can be concluded that intellectual capital, board of commissioner, and leverage have significant effect on firm value. Therefore, the banking sector companies should pay more attention to said variables. Especially intellectual capital, which has proven to give a huge impact on firm value based on this study. The other variables may not given the same effect on firm value. However, the other variables can still be considered essential since it is also have effect on firm value. |
