| Abstrak | Judul penelitian ini adalah “Struktur Komunitas Spiny Lobster Panulirus sp. Berdasarkan Jenis Sedimen di Perairan Purworejo”. Spiny lobster adalah organisme bentik, yang hidup dan tumbuh di dasar perairan. Struktur komunitas spiny lobster dipengaruhi oleh kondisi lingkungan perairan khususnya substrat dasar perairan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui strukur komunitas spiny lobster dan korelasikannya dengan jenis sedimen di Perairan Purworejo. Penelitian dilakukan selama 3 bulan pada bulan September hingga November di perairan laut Kabupaten Purworejo. Sampel diambil pada tiga stasiun dengan tiga kali pengulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan di perairan Kabupaten Purworejo terdapat 3 spesies spiny lobster dengan jumlah masing-masing yaitu P. homarus 169 ekor, P. ornatus 12 ekor, dan P. polyphagus 2 ekor. Struktur komunitas spiny lobster yang diperoleh dengan kategori rendah untuk indeks kekayaan yaitu 0,34, begitu pula dengan indeks keanekaragaman diperoleh 0,16, dan indeks dominansi 0,86. Jenis sedimen di perairan Kabupaten Purworejo adalah pasir halus. Hubungan antara struktur komunitas spiny lobster dengan jenis sedimen terdapat korelasi sangat rendah. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | The title of this research is "Community Structure of Spiny Lobster Panulirus sp. Based on Types of Sediments in Purworejo Waters. " Spiny lobsters are benthic organisms, which live and grow on seabed waters. The structure of the spiny lobster community is influenced by the condition of the aquatic environment, especially the substrate. The purpose of this study were determine the community structure of spiny lobster and analyze seabed sedimnet. The study was conducted for 3 months in September to November in the marine waters of Purworejo Regency. Samples were taken at three stations with three repetitions. The results showed three species of spiny lobster were caught in the waters of Purworejo Regency, namelly P. homarus 169 individual ,P. ornatus 12 individual, and P. polyphagus 2 individual. The spiny lobster community structure subsequence were obtained low for the wealth index is 0,34, as well as the diversity index obtained by 0,16, and the dominance index of 0.86. The type of seabed sediment of Purworejo Regency was obtained fine sand. The relationship between between the structure of the spiny lobster community to the type of sediment was obtained very low. |
