| Abstrak | Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pandangan kelompok difabel tuna netra terhadap kelayakan fasilitas publik di Purwokerto dan mendeskripsikan aksesibilitas kelompok difabel tuna netra terhadap fasilitas publik di Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Informan pada penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Adapun validitas data yang menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat fasilitas publik di Purwokerto masih dikatakan belum memberikan pelayanan yang tidak ramah bagi para kelompok tunanetra. Hal ini terlihat dari beberapa fasilitas-fasilitas di ruang publik yang belum menunjang bagi kelompok tunantetra masih belum ada seperti tulisan braile maupun petunjuk yang berupa arahan-arahan secara verbal dari petugas yang bekerja di ruang publik dan pandangan menurut para difabel mereka belum bisa menikmati fasilitas yang seharusnya ada bagi mereka. Dengan ini para kelompok difabel tunanetra memandang jika mereka dalam merasakan fasilitas yang ada di purwokerto masih sangat tidak ramah bagi mereka. Semua itu terlihat mulai dari trotoar sampai dengan fasilitas publik lainnya yang memiliki ketidaknyamanan bagi difabel tunanetra. Salah satunya trotoar yang sebenarnya sangat terlihat karena itu merupakan salah satu fasilitas publik yang mudah dilihat dan sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Kemudian untuk pemaknaan setiap fasilitas publik pun juga berbeda-beda, tergantung dari setiap kebutuhan fasilitas ruang publik itu sendiri. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | The main objective of this study is to describe the views of the blind people with disabilities to the Worthiness of facilities and public spaces in Purwokerto and describe the accessibility of people with visual impairments to public spaces in Purwokerto. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The informants in this study were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The subjects of this study consisted of 7 informants from several groups. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data using source triangulation techniques. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model , starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and the process of conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there is public space in Purwokerto that didn't give good services for blind groups. This can be seen from the few facilities in the public space that support the blind group as there are no such as braile writing or instructions in the form of verbal directions from officers who work in public spaces and the view according to the disabled they can not enjoy the facilities that provide for them. With this the disabled groups see that if they feel the facilities in Purwokerto they are still very unfriendly to them. All that can be seen from the sidewalk to other public spaces that have discomfort for the visually impaired. One of them is the sidewalk which is actually very visible because it is one of the public facilities that is easily seen and badly needed by the society. Then for the meaning of each public space facility is also different, depending on each of the needs of the public space facility itself. |
