| Abstrak | Penelitian ini dengan judul “Politik Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 dalam Pengelolaan Tempat Makam Perumahan Sappire Residence Purwokerto” bertujuan untuk memahami dan mendeskripsikan proses implementasi Peraturan Daerah Nomor 18 Tahun 2014 dalam pengelolaan tempat makam di Perumahan Sappire Residence Purwokerto serta mengetahui apa saja aspek-aspek politik yang mempengaruhi proses implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Banyumas Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 dalam pengelolaan tempat makam di Perumahan Sappire Residence Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivisme dan perspektif Institusionalisme dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini berlokasi di wilayah Kabupaten Banyumas dengan situs berada di Perumahan Sappire Residence Purwokerto Desa Tambaksari Kidul. Teknik pemilihan informan menggunakan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi serta teknik analisis datanya menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif. Sedangkan untuk keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Sappire Group dapat mempengaruhi pemerintah Kabupaten Banyumas dapat dilihat dari tidak berjalannya implementasi peraturan daerah Kabupaten Banyumas nomor 2 tahun 2014 dalam pengelolaan tempat makam di Perum Sappire Residence Purwokerto. lalu tidak adanya sanksi Pemerintah Kabupaten Banyumas yang diberikan kepada Sappire Group karena permasalahan fasilitas sosial belum terselesaikan. Ketiga, terdapat tiga aspek politik yaitu otoritas legal formal, legitimasi, dan pengaruh. Penelitian ini mengungkap temuan yaitu adanya kepentingan yang dimiliki oleh beberapa aktor implementasi mulai dari otoritas/legal formal DCKTR dan DPRD Kabupaten Banyumas, Legitimasi Kepala Desa Tambaksari Kidul dan Pengaruh Sappire Group. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | This study with the title "Political Implementation of Regional Regulations of Banyumas District Number 2 of 2014 in Management of Sappire Residence Purwokerto Housing Tombs" supports to design and describe the process of implementing Regional Regulation No. 18 of 2014 in the tomb construction sites at Sappire Residence Purwokerto Housing and also whatever else Political aspects that influence the implementation process of Banyumas District Regulation Number 2 of 2014 concerning the management of grave sites in Sappire Residence Purwokerto Housing. This study uses the constructivist paradigm and Institutionalism perspective with qualitative research methods. Consent used was a case study discussion. This research is located in the region of Banyumas Regency with a site in the Sappire Residence Purwokerto Housing, Tambaksari Kidul Village. The informant selection technique uses purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation along with data analysis techniques using interactive analysis techniques. As for the validity of the data using source triangulation techniques. The results of this study are that the Safire Group can influence the Banyumas Regency government to facilitate the implementation of Banyumas Regency Regulation number 2 of 2014 in the management of grave sites in the Housing Sappire Residence Purwokerto. then nothing agreed by the Banyumas District Government was given to the Safire Group because social assistance had not yet been completed. Third, related to three aspects of politics, namely formal, legal, legitimacy, and influence.
