| Abstrak | Tanaman anggrek dinilai memiliki peluang usaha yang baik, potensi daya saing tinggi, berkelanjutan, dan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan pelaku usaha. Kabupaten Banyumas berada pada peringkat ke-4 di Jawa Tengah dengan hasil produksi 3.040 tangkai di tahun 2018. Setiap jenis dan tahap perkembangan anggrek memiliki harga jual yang berbeda. Perbedaan harga jual pada jenis dan tahap perkembangan anggrek antara pembudidaya menjadikan pendapatan tiap pembudidaya anggrek berbeda dan diharapkan pembudidaya anggrek yang memiliki efisisensi usaha tertinggi dapat menjadi tolok ukur pembudidaya anggrek untuk mengembangkan usahanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui jenis dan tahap perkembangan anggrek yang memiliki pendapatan paling tinggi; 2) Mengetahui bisnis anggrek yang memiliki tingkat efisiensi ekonomi paling tinggi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus hingga September 2019 di Kabupaten Banyumas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive, dengan pertimbangan pembudidaya yang memiliki anggrek jenis Dendrobium dan Phalaenopsis dalam tahap perkembangan seedling, remaja, dan dewasa. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis efisiensi usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Rata-rata pendapatan anggrek Dendrobium pada tahap perkembangan seedling sebesar Rp402.913, remaja sebesar Rp5.655.850, dan dewasa sebesar Rp4.898.657. Rata-rata pendapatan anggrek Phalaenopsis pada tahap perkembangan seedling sebesar Rp166.063, remaja sebesar Rp6.618.013, dan dewasa sebesar Rp15.059.459, sehingga pendapatan tertinggi terdapat pada usahatani anggrek pada jenis Phalaenopsis di tahap perkembangan dewasa. 2) Nilai R/C Rasio usahatani Sekar Gumilang sebesar 3.23, Kebun Benih Hortikultura Baturraden sebesar 1.37, Liona Orchids sebesar 2.42, Orchid House Purwokerto sebesar 2.42, Griya Anggrek Guyub Rukun sebesar 2.77. Usahatani yang dijalankan masing-masing pembudidaya anggrek di Kabupaten Banyumas sudah efisien dan usahatani yang memiliki tingkat efisiensi tertinggi yaitu pada usahatani anggrek Sekar Gumilang. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | Orchid rated have the business opportunity that is promising, has the high potential power of competitiveness, sustainable, and can builds up welfare actors effort. Banyumas district is on the 4th rank with the results of the production of 3,040 stems in 2018. Each type and stage of development of the orchid has a price sales are different. The difference in selling prices in the types and stages of orchid development between farmers makes the income of each orchid grower different and it is hoped that orchid growers who have the highest business efficiency can be a benchmark for orchid growers to develop his effort. The research is aimed to: 1) Knowing the type and the stage of development of the orchid which ha shigh revenues; 2) Knowing orchid business that hasthe most high efficiency degree of economy. Research carried out from August to September 2019 in Banyumas Distric. Intake of sample done by using the method of purposive with consideration farmers has orchid species Dendrobium and Phalaenopsis in the stage of development of the seedling, adolescents, and adult. The method of analysis that is used is the analysis of statistical descriptive and analytical efficiency of the business. Results of the research showed: 1) Average revenue of orchid Dendrobium on stage development of seedling of Rp402.913, teenagers of Rp5.655.850, and adults of Rp4.898.657. The average income Phalaenopsis orchids at the stage of seedling development of Rp166.063, teenagers of Rp6.618.013, and adults of Rp15.059.459, so the highest income was found in farming orchids in the Phalaenopsis type at the stage of development of adults. 2) Value R/C ratio of farm Sekar Gumilang 0f 3.23, Garden Seeds Horticulture Baturraden of 1.37, Liona Orchids of 2.42, Orchid House Purwokerto of 2.42, Griya Anggrek Guyub Rukun of 2.77. Farming orchids in the district of Banyumas are already efficient, and the farming that has the highest level of efficiency on Sekar Gumilang orchid farming. |
