| Abstrak | Perkembangan penderita HIV/AIDS diklasifikasikan berdasarkan metode Walter reed staging ke dalam enam tahap, yaitu tahap berisiko, tahap HIV positif, tahap LAS, tahap ARC, tahap AIDS dan tahap kematian. Proses ini mengikuti Markov waktu kontinu dengan laju perpindahan konstan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengestimasi laju perpindahan penderita menggunakan metode maksimum likelihood dan membuat model distribusi survival. Hasil menunjukkan laju perpindahan pada setiap tahap yaitu 0,45, 0,86, 0,53, 0,30 dan 1,08 penderita pertahun. Laju perpindahan mempengaruhi nilai peluang ketahanan hidupnya. |

The development of patients with HIV/AIDS is clasified based on the Walter reed staging method into six stages, namely the risk stage, HIV positive stage, the LAS stage, the ARC stage, AIDS stage and the death stage. The process followed the Markov of countinuous time with a constant movement rate for each time interval at each stage. The purpose of the research is to estimate the rate of movement patients using the maximum likelihood method and create a survival distribution model. The result showed that the rate of movement at each stage are 0.45, 0.86, 0.53, 0.30 and 1.08 patients per year. Here, the rate of movement affects the value of the chance of survival time. |
