| Abstrak | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji perbedaan jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin, dan nilai hematokrit Itik Tegal yang dipelihara di wilayah Tegal dan Pemalang. Sasaran penelitian ini yaitu ternak Itik Tegal betina yang berumur 8-12 bulan yang dipelihara oleh peternak di kelompok ternak wilayah Tegal dan Pemalang dengan kapasitas usaha yang dimiliki minimal 100 ekor itik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survey dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling dengan analisis data menggunakan Uji T. Jumlah sampel darah itik setiap daerah yaitu 40 sampel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan rataan jumlah eritrosit itik Tegal di wilayah Tegal yaitu 3,39±0,27× 106/μl dan Pemalang yaitu 3,51±0,33 × 106/μl. Rataan kadar hemoglobin itik Tegal di wilayah Kota Tegal dan Kabupaten Pemalang masing-masing adalah 11,58±0,84 gr/100 ml dan 11,51±0,82 gr/100 ml. Rataan nilai hematokrit itik Tegal di Kota Tegal dan Kabupaten Pemalang yaitu masing-masing 32,78±2,81% dan 33,93±3,39%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin dan nilai hematokrit Itik Tegal di wilayah Tegal berbeda tidak nyata dengan jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin dan nilai hematokrit Itik Tegal di wilayah Pemalang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa kondisi hematologis itik yang terdiri dari jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemaglobin dan nilai hematokrit itik Tegal di Kota Tegal dan Kabupaten Pemalang relatif sama. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | The purpose of this study was to examine differences total of erythrocytes , haemoglobin levels, and hematocrit values of Tegal Ducks that are maintained in the Tegal and Pemalang areas. The target of this research was female Tegal Ducks, aged 8-12 months, and take by breeders in the Tegal and Pemalang areas with a business capacity of at least 100 ducks. The method employed was a survey using purposive sampling with data analysis used the T Test. Total of duck blood samples in each region were 40 samples. The average total of erythrocyte Tegal ducks in the Tegal City was 3.39 ± 0.27 × 106/ μl and Pemalang was 3.51 ± 0.33 × 106/ μl. The average levels of hemoglobin in Tegal ducks in the area of Tegal City and Pemalang Regency were 11.58±0,84 gr/100 ml and 11.51±0,82 gr/100 ml. The mean hematocrit value of Tegal ducks in Tegal City and Pemalang Regency were 32.78±2,81% and 33.93±3,39%. The results showed that the total of erythrocytes, haemoglobin levels and hematocrit value of Tegal ducks in the Tegal region were not significantly different from the total of erythrocytes, haemoglobin levels and the hematocrit value in the Pemalang region. The conclusion of this study were that the haematological condition of ducks consisted of erythrocyte counts, hemaglobin levels and hematocrit values of Tegal ducks in Tegal City and Pemalang Regency relatively the same. |
