| Abstrak | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah faktor dari penghasilan, pertimbangan pasar kerja, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi diri berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa program studi S1 Akuntansi yang ada di Kabupaten Banyumas dalam berkarier sebagai akuntan publik CPA (Certified Public Accounting). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang menempuh program studi S1 Akuntansi yang telah terakreditasi “A” di Kabupaten Banyumas yaitu mahasiswa Ekonomi dan Bisnis jurusan akuntansi Universitas Jendral Soedirman dan mahasiswa Akuntansi Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel yaitu non-probability sampling dan sampel yang diambil adalah berjumlah keseluruhan 96 mahasiswa program studi S1 akuntansi. Data yang didapat dianalisis dengan tekhnik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Penghasilan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa program studi S1 Akuntansi dalam berkarier sebagai akuntan publik CPA (Certified Public Accounting). (2) Pertibangan pasar kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa program studi S1 Akuntansi dalam berkarier sebagai akuntan publik CPA (Certified Public Accounting). (3) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa program studi S1 Akuntansi dalam berkarier sebagai akuntan publik CPA (Certified Public Accounting). (4) Motivasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa program studi S1 Akuntansi dalam berkarier sebagai akuntan publik CPA (Certified Public Accounting). Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu minat mahasiswa untuk berkarier sebagai akuntan publik yang bersertifikat CPA dapat ditingkatkan dengan memperhatikan dan mempertimbangkan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhinya seperti Penghasilan, Pertimbangan pasar kerja, lingkungan kerja dan Motivasi Diri. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | This study aims to determine whether factors of income, job market considerations, work environment and self motivation affect the interest of students of S1 Accounting study programs in Banyumas Regency in a career as CPA (Certified Public Accounting) public accountants. The population in this study are students who take the S1 Accounting study program that has been accredited "A" in Banyumas Regency, namely Economics and Business students majoring in accounting at General Soedirman University and Accounting students at Muhammadiyah University in Purwokerto, with a sampling technique that is non-probability sampling and sampling. taken is a total of 96 undergraduate accounting students. The data obtained were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Income has a positive and significant effect on the interests of S1 Accounting study program students in a career as CPA (Certified Public Accounting) public accountants. (2) Work market considerations have a positive and significant effect on the interest of S1 Accounting study program students in a career as CPA (Certified Public Accounting) public accountants. (3) The Work Environment has a negative and not significant effect on the interest of S1 Accounting study program students in a career as CPA (Certified Public Accounting) public accountants. (4) Self motivation has a positive and significant effect on the interest of S1 Accounting study program students in a career as CPA (Certified Public Accounting) public accountants. The implication of this research is that students' interest in a career as CPA-certified public accountants can be increased by taking into account and considering several factors that influence it such as income, job market considerations, work environment and self motivation. |
